had the chance to try Ross Bahamian Conch Shack at a recent health fair, and they definitely delivered on flavor. Here’s what stood out:
Wings & Fries:
The wings had a solid Southern-style base with a Caribbean flavor twist — well-seasoned, juicy, and crispy without being greasy. The fries were golden and crisp, a perfect side that held up well even outside a traditional restaurant setting.
Conch Salad:
I also tried the conch salad, and it was fresh and tasty with a good mix of citrus and texture. The only thing it needed was a bit more spice or heat to really bring it to life — a dash of pepper or hot sauce would’ve taken it to the next level.

Best fried conch and shrimp ever. This is forever my place to go when I’m in town and want some seafood. The conch was tender not gummy or over cooked. The food was just delicious. The plate was overflowing, completely full of goodness. The French fries are lacking but the conch and shrimp makes up for it in abundance. Looking forward to the next trip just so I can get some conch and shrimp.

I had a taste for conch fritters and I remember seeing this food truck, so me and my husband decided to give them a try. I ordered the 10 piece conch balls. I went back to my car to share with my husband, he ate two conch balls and said you need to go and get another order (I did), because those were his. The conch balls were FULL of Conch in each bite.
