Terrible sandwhich. The pickle is almost bigger than the sandwhich the ranch is so runny it won’t stay in the sandwhich the lettuce is brown. Never getting again. This cost 17 dollars

DO NOT GO HERE!! WORST experience with fast food I have had in quite a while.
I came here and they were completely irresponsible and non-responsive as well as extremely slow. No surprise, its West Virginia! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and would rec that you KEEP DRIVING.
I’m considering writing a complaint against this location – it was that bad. In my view, company management should shut it down for their general reputation.

I usually love jimmy johns. I always gotta check my order!!!! Girl too busy wanted to know what was going on at cabelas. I paid for two pickle ranches at .99 each didnt receive them. My two turkey picklewiches were wrong. I wanted no lettuce they got that right but why forget the provolone? I shouldnt always have to check my order and my pickles tasted soggy like they made someone elses order wrong earlier and just gave me that order very disappointed

Went to the Wheeling Nailers game. They scored within the 2 minute time frame and they said Jimmy Johns would honor a 8″ sub and medium drink since there was a goal within that time range. Go to get our sub and drink and they won’t honor it at all. Said they had to turn away multiple people. Spoke with wesbanco and the nailers spokesperson said they have to honor it and to mention Rachel’s name which is the manager. So I go back and do so and they still won’t honor it. Rachel even came in and completely ignored us after the crew kept saying ” Hi Rachel, There’s Rachel and they told her I was there and she did NOTHING. She stayed in the back until we had left. Can’t even discuss anything with a customer. What a manager What a joke Jimmy Johns is. After dealing with all of that and the attitudes behind it we won’t be back!

Paid $38 for 2 hoagies that weren’t really good at all. Might as well go across the street to Texas Roadhouse and get a good steak for that price, or cheaper. Never going back to JJ again

Employees were too busy talking to get my order ready. I was waiting 20 min for my order and my friend who ordered after me received the food and already had their meal finished before I even received mine 10 min after they finished their meal. When I received my meal, my wrap didn’t have very much on it at all and was not what I ordered at all. They didn’t put any ranch at all on the wrap, there was a total of 2 cucumbers on it, there was one little sliver of an onion, no oregano was on it at all, I did not receive any mayo packets at all, and my chips I had to ask for twice. I had to ask a total of 4 times if they were working on my order as several employees were just standing around talking AND DEFINITELY NOT WORKING plus they had only had 2 orders to make at the time which was mine and my friends. Just to put this out there… I did NOT order just lettuce on a wrap but literally that was 3/4 of the wrap as you see in the photo.
WORST SERVICE AND FOOD EVER!!! Would have been better off just going to McDonalds because I’ve never got an order to at messed up from anywhere!!!!

What’s there to say?? I love Jimmy John’s, definitely miss ours back home as they closed a while back. Good sandwiches, normally made very well (not all the ingredients piled up together), quick and pretty inexpensive. This location has a nice indoor and outdoor seating area and is very convenient for travelers, we frequently stop here when traveling.

Amy is a superstar at this location!!! Always makes our sandwiches the way I request with grace and does it efficiently. She always answers my calls with a friendly attitude. Thank you for making the Jimmy John’s experience flawless every single time. Everyone we have encountered has always been respectful and expedient. The location with a drive thru is very convenient and accessible from the exit of the interstate. We never had an issue with this location once I found out how to properly communicate my the way I prefer our sandwiches. Always clean and friendly.

We ordered two subs online. When we opened the one sub at home it was full of human hairs. There were also small hairs in the wrapper the sandwich was in. We filed a complaint with corporate, but have not heard back from the store for a refund.
