We finally made it. We’ve driven past the restaurant 100 times and talked about our desire to go. It didn’t disappoint. We were there Sunday night and were immediately greeted and sat at a comfie booth. Friendly staff, great recommendations, menu filled with temptations. We started with ceviche tostadas. Yummy and fresh! I had the enchiladas mole negro, hubby had filete ajillio (holy cow), son had the mar y tierra. Soo much good quality food and flavors abound! You cant go wrong! We are already planning our next trip to get other scrumptious items (grilled octopus) Thank you Cielo Rojo!

I ordered the chiliquilies Verdes and it automatically came with chicken. Flavor was really good, too spicy for me to finish but that’s because I’m a baby when it comes to spicy anything. Everything was very delicious. Servers were attentive and friendly. What I enjoyed the most were the taquitos.

I’m SO mad! I’ve missed out on this great place. The food was to die for! My brother suggested this place. I had the white fish and it was the best fish I’ve had in a long time. The shrimp plate my brother ordered was so amazing O ordered two more to go. We will definitely return.

Wonderful service, food was insanely delicious. Had the Mango Habanero Aguachile 10/10 recommend! Only complaint was the music being way too loud wherein had to repeat myself to the waitress everytime lol.

First time here, not what I was expecting from the outside. Beautifully decorated inside, with wall murals throughout the restaurant. Ordered off their lunch menu, got the burrito with the Christmas sauce. Food was absolutely amazing, our waitress was friendly and attentive. Chips were great, salsa was amazing, food was wonderful overall. Will definitely be back

Found this spot on a search on TikTok and it’s definitely a gem. My girl and I both agree the food is so good with generous helpings. The waiter was also very sweet and knowledgeable. 10/10 experience. There was a bday celebration in one of the rooms and they had a cute club scene celebration for them. Complimentary chips and salsa, and in our case a white fish ceviche tostada too!
Strongly recommend but selfishly don’t wanna blow this place up.

If you are coming here please be aware you will only have a limited amount to eat an hour and half. Although not posted anywhere in restaurant or website. After paying our bill with a proper tip waitress came by our table letting us know we exceeded are welcomed. Table was reserved for another party. Take note the place was fully opened. Just a few tables were occupied.
Would I recommend this place? Perhaps a one time visit for you to experience yourself. Nothing memorable or outstanding. But good and fast service.

We were excited to eat here because we like the food over at Playa Hermosa. When we arrived, we thought the restaurant was closed because we were unable to open the front door. It turns out there was an issue with the front door that made it difficult to open; other patrons had that issue while we were dining. Once inside, the restaurant was mostly empty with only one table being occupied, which surprised me since this was a Saturday during lunchtime. The staff was friendly. The food was not impressive at all. The chicken fajitas lacked flavor and the ribeye was mostly made up of disgusting fatty parts. I was excited to come here based on Playa Hermosa but was disappointed by the food. I don’t think I’ll be returning to Cielo Rojo.
