Very good!! This was my first time ordering a thin crust pizza and I couldn’t be more pleased with the taste. I’m SO appreciative that the staff not only paid special attention to my order and made my order exactly how I requested and wanted it (toppings and preparation), but they also took a special note of my allergies and requests which exceeded my expectations. I felt very good and safe eating it and know I’ll be back in a next few days! THANKS GUYS!

Green Lantern has one of the best pizzas around. This franchise also has a long history within the Detroit area, but the recipes are mostly the same everywhere.
The Octopie is legendary and can easily feed two people. But I have to admit, they are not a sandwich place, or a salad place or a chicken place. I wouldn’t order these things from here.
The location here is only for Carryout, and I strongly recommend ordering online in advance. There is only very limited space for waiting available.

I’m visiting from Chicago so I know pizza. The pepperoni ham pizza I had was awesome. Great crust, cheese was buttery, hot, gooey and yummy. Just the right amount of meat
Pepperoni was savory. The ham tasted like real ham rather than lunch meat. All around great pizza! Next time I’m in Michigan, I’ll be ordering pizza from Green Lanterm.

I grew up in Madison Heights in the 1970’s and 1980’s and I always looked forward to going to Green Lantern on John R for pizza. They were my favorite. I was so happy when this location opened up in Rochester Hills. This place still has a great pie. I’d never in a million years order a pizza with fruit on it when I was a kid, but I like it now. They have a great Hawaiian pizza. The pepperoni pizza is also great. I have no complaints about this place and recommend it.

I had to come back to Green Lantern today for their amazing pizza!! I have had many pizza’s over the years at different pizza places from Jets, Alibi, Buddy’s. You name it I probably had it. But I have to give this Green Lantern pizza in Rochester one of the highest 5 stars. You can tell they make everything fresh. The cheese, pepperoni is by far the best flavor I have ever had. There is something about Green Lantern pizza in Rochester that is absolutely fantastic!!. This is a must try place for the best pizza around in Rochester. Please don’t take my advise. Try it yourself and you will understand why I gave this place 5+++++ stars.

Bread looked like someone just dumped cheese in the center, Pizza was so thin all the toppings fell off or the doe was stuck to the cardboard and pulled the toppings off. The pizza was delivered nice and hot. But as soon as I opened the box there wasn’t a third of the toppings I’ve seen put on the pizzas in the day time. They wouldn’t resolve the situation period. That is the most important part of this complaint.

This is the best pizza I have had in a long time. The pieces are huge, and the toppings were more than generous. I got pepperoni and bacon. The pieces of bacon were not tiny little flakes. They were nice size pieces and you could tell it was bacon. I was very surprised. I don’t like a ton of sauce, so I did the lite sauce option(not everyone has this option, but a lot do) I also normally like it well done, but since this was the first time ordering I just kept it normal, and it was delicious. I will try the well done option later still. I only had 2 pieces and I am stuffed. That normally never happens, so that really shows me how much larger these pieces are.
My only negative, and I say negative very lightly since it was still good, and the overall pizza still deserves 5 stars.
I did not prefer the crust as much as say, Jets Pizza. The crust was very thick and while good, not as crispy, and tasty as Jets.(I just use Jets as an example since they just have a very memorable crust IMO)
While 5 stars normally represents perfection, and I still added a slight negative(only IMO, not a state of fact for everyone) I still believe the pizza overall was deserving of 5 stars. I don’t have to eat the crust to be full and enjoy the actual pizza.
