Ramsey and rami fixed an order that was messed up few days ago without a question they even went above and beyond and threw me some extra food just for the inconvenience. These guess are truly fricking amazing and I will recommend to anyone to come up here and try their food u won’t be disappointed!!!! I ordered a slab of ribs on their website. I forgot to ask for BBQ sauce on the side instead of on the rib, so I called up there a few minutes later to make sure they could change the order in enough time. When I went up there to pick up the order, I asked before I left if they cooked the rib without the sauce, they said no. Then they pretended to not understand what I was asking about. Then they laughed about as I left. This is the weekend night crew at Happy’s. I’ve spent too much money at Happy’s over the years. I’ll never go to this location again.

I was so excited when this Fraser location opened up! The owners seemed very nice which is why I kept giving them another chance…. No more!
We’ve tried this 5-6 times now and ONCE the pizza was great! I thought it was just cause they were brand new and figuring things out… it’s either ALL grease and can’t pick it up, or there’s 10lbs of cheese and barely cooked ♀️ Tonight was the last time I’ll be giving them another dime
The whole pizza is raw dough with SO much cheese that’s just barely melted…. So disappointing when you’re hungry. Now we have to go back up and get the new one that’s hopefully made right.

I placed an order for delivery at 9:30, the food came just before 11. The food was all cold and disgusting. After spending $47, I threw all the food out and had to eat something else. I will never order from Happy’s again. Total waste of money.

The day shift manager that worked on 1-4-24 at 12:15pm is very rude and hung up in my face and told me what he gotta do with my chicken still pink and undercooked and I should have called last night but if I got my food the night before to take it to work in the morning how am I suppose to see that is was not done if I didnt eat it till lunch time at work. I love Happys but that manager or whom ever answered the phone needs to learn how to talk to people. All I wanted was a replacement of my chicken wings.

First time I’ve ordered from here in a while. Found out the hard way. Not sure if the product is different, staff is changed or what. Shrimp was over fried. Ordered a 3 piece Cod and the pieces were the size of nuggets. Fish tasted tough and chewy. This will be the last time I order from here. $31 bucks wasted.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this one deserved it, this location clearly needs to go out of business based on previous reviews. I Wouldn’t even give this place one star. Ordered my food 2 hours ago & it just got here. I live half a mile away from this location. When calling in they say the delivery guy had 5 orders ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous. They act like it’s not a big deal because they are busy, but clearly they need to learn time management and customer service. I’ll never order from this location again. Waste of 45$
