I hope someone sees this and has a discussion with the crew that was working here around 7:10 tonight. I’m probably gonna sound like a Karen and I’m sorry since I feel for service workers and how badly they get treated. I have only worked in food service so I am very aware of cross contamination and custom service. This has to be the worst experience I had here. My food took a while to get made because everyone was talking. Everytime they would talk they would stop and turn around to talk. The thing that upset me and made me want to write this however was the person handling my food. They wiped their nose on their arm and proceeded to continue to touch my food and bag it up. I’m happy they didn’t wipe their nose with the back of their glove but still when it comes to food you shouldn’t be touching your face at all. This team needs a reminder of how to talk without stopping and food safety!

I am absolutely over this location. The food has progressively gone from ok, to bad, to not edible. We go to get a quick bite. Well, that was a huge mistake. None of our sandwiches were prepared correctly, not to mention the ridiculous way they were thrown together. I mean, come on, maybe take a little pride in what you do. All the employees look so sad to be there. That screams bad management. If you are looking for something to eat, I don’t recommend this wawa, Sheetz is 2 miles down the road.
