A&W is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Manager is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Marvelous root beer float and curds. Must come back. 10/10.

I was amazed that this place existed. I ordered the bacon double cheese burger with onion rings and a drink. I paid about $15 dollars. I was disappointed when I opened the package of the food due to lack of temperature. The cheese burger was not hot. I asked for the food to be cooked over. It was recooked with no complaints and followed up to ask if I was pleased with the new cheese burger. The onion rings were excellent. I was only given five. The place looked great inside except for the washrooms .

I had only a few minutes for a quick bite to eat and found this place. I am glad I stopped; it was worth it. The menu had so many choices, but easy to place my order. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable about food choices. The prices were about average. The food…lets get to it. I had a double bacon cheeseburger with fries. OMG!!! It was good. Great portion. Great flavor. Definitely belly buster. Everything was freshly made. No regrets here. I will be making this my Thursday usual. 5 Star visit

The one we went to near Matteson, Il is awful. Horrible wait, no extra crunches we paid for. We bought 3 2 plank chicken meals and waited almost 30 minutes outside for our food. The environment is not well lit, and seems on the dangerous side.

This is one of my favorite places to eat I drive pretty far to get here and it is worth it every time the food is great and the service is great, I wish there was more of these restaurants around and I wish there was one closer to me in Lansing Illinois but until then I will keep driving here!

Waited for about 20 min before I got my food. Paid over 30 bucks for 2 combos and they gave me 6 fries. I asked for more because that is rediculous and they gave me 2 more. The girl taking the orders who had a star on her face had no idea what she was doing, honestly seemed like they took some random person off the street and stuck them behind the counter. Fortunately, after expressing my concerns, I was promptly refunded, which was a relief.
Beyond the service and management concerns, the cleanliness of the place was far from satisfactory. The floors were noticeably dirty, and the windows appeared to have been neglected for some time. These cleanliness issues further contributed to my overall negative impression.
In conclusion, my experience at this establishment was marred by a rude and unprofessional manager, subpar food quality, and cleanliness concerns. I hope that these issues can be addressed in the future to provide a more pleasant dining experience for all customers.

Went there at 7:15 last night and ordered 4 meals to go. The man taking my order was rude. When I was to the end of my order I asked if we could substitute cheese curds for the fries and get floats instead of pop. He rudely said you should have told me earlier. Now I have to cancel everything and re-do it. It didn’t stop there. The guy also disappeared for about 10-15 minutes while customers were lining up at the register. I waited for over 30 minutes for 4 burgers and 4 cheese curds that were put into baskets not in to-go boxes. I told him that this was to go. How did he expect me to eat 4 meals? He said well box them yourself I’m busy. He gave me 3 boxes instead of 4 so another trip to wait for another box. Then I still didn’t have our floats. He said we are working on them. So an additional time waiting for those. As I stood there he took 2 more orders. He noticed that I was watching and he grabbed cups and filled them. The machine dispensed the root beer and ice cream at the same time. It took him a total of 2 minutes to fill 4 cups. So why did my whole experience take 45 minutes from start to finally being finished?

I haven’t had A&W in years and was in the area and wanted a quick burger. I knew it was a bad idea from the moment the guy came over the speaker. As he was taking my order the car in front of me had approached the window and he said something I didn’t hear so I stopped placing my order and said “what was that” his exact reply was “I wasn’t talking to you”. So after this occurred and against my better judgement to just drive away I had to repeat my entire order again. I seriously think he was incapable of multitasking and serving the window and taking the order at the same time. He had to handle one car at a time which probably works most of the time because I wouldn’t imagine it’s ever busy because it is terrible. So I ordered a cheeseburger meal and drove to the window. He wasn’t as rude at this point so I paid and got my food and left. Now on to how terrible the food was. I can not express how bad that cheeseburger was. I took 3 bites and threw it out. It tasted like a terrible frozen patty masked by a bunch of cheese. The fries were mostly cold and bad. The only thing that was worth the money was the Pepsi I got and the root beer float my girlfriend ordered. I wouldn’t go back here and honestly can’t imagine anyone eating that food and returning to buy more.
