I literally said no meat in my sandwich and they put meat in there. The order receipt also said no meat and they still put meat in there. There was no addition of cucumbers or tomatoes. I understand mistakes can happen, but how hard is it to READ PROPERLY what an order has written with instructions of what to put and what not to.

We were unpacking our online order we had just picked up for a picnic and were saying, this looks delicious. Why have we stopped going to Panera? Then, we got to the bottom of the bag and part of the meal was missing. Oh well, that happens. We went to eat our soup and even though we had checked the box for plastic ware, no spoons. The food we did receive and were able to eat was good. I’m just disappointed in the service quality. Long story short, I would go again but I wouldn’t leave without confirming all the details of the order.

This is an updated post with photos. Went by for some breakfast and found the patio unusable due to the passed out intoxicated people on the patio, and trash and empty bottles surrounding them. Service was slow due to low staffing, but they were pleasant. The food spinach bacon and egg souffle was not good at all, but the Cinnamon crunch bagel toasted with cream cheese was good.

I had the chicken Is Chipotle avocado melt and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. I tried They’re chicken bacon pizza.
All was tasty, Presentation was kind of off.
I think they are have trouble keeping employees at this location.

I placed an online order worth over $70. After my order was picked up we realized a salad was forgot. I called the store to ask for a refund of the salad they forgot. I was transferred to someone who didn’t introduce herself and asked that I call her back after lunch? As confusing as that was, I asked why I would need to call back for their error. She then said ok I’ll fix it and hung up on me…..

My boyfriend stopped in to place an order. He ordered spinach bacon soufflés, photo will be included. It is laughable what panera apparently considers a spinach bacon souffle. 1 tiny piece of bacon on top of the souffle is the only morsel of bacon in this dish!!! The pastry ring ,he was told had already been sold today, so ,now we know that there is only 1 pastry ring … per day? Week? Month?? We are not happy with this experience at all. No. We don’t recommend.

This has to be the worst Panera in United States. Slow is an understatement. Chaotic. Dirty. Food not prepared correctly and soup cold plus the prep, presentation was sloppy.
No tables cleaned even though sufficient employees at the time. Restrooms were not stocked, clean. To go and delivery orders take PRIORITY.
This place was not that busy for the absolute hell it was. Walking in, plenty of seating and 3 employees taking orders(like Wal-Mart, more unused cash registers closed, why waste the space!). One(1) woman in line ahead of us who had issues, as we went to another line up, 2 employees walked away. Get behind the impossible one again. Several people entered, female employee comes out front, takes their order instead of asking if she could help(she saw us?!). We finally ordered in her line after 6 others and 20 minutes. The original lady when we entered was still in another line

Beeper in hand with our drink cups, we search for a table that’s been cleaned. Arriving at the front of the place, we have circled for a whole tour of each section.
The narrow corridor ro get your food is narrowed even further by the to go stand of which nothing was ever placed there. Worst location ever. The wall is lined with people waiting for to go orders as people enter/exit from rear door. And that’s the location for drink station plus trash, dirty dishes at the door?
3 employees to prepare food must have all been training. We received food after 20 minutes. COLD soup, cheese wouldn’t melt on French Onion. Sandwich fell apart. Baguette was rubbery. Drink station sticky.
45 minutes before we sit to eat with worst service and food=we will never go to this location again!
Must be a Dayton thing.

Not exactly happy with this location. Ordered a bread bowl and didn’t get the bread bowl. When I brought it to their attention they just made an excuse. Giving women the code for men’s restroom and giving men the code for women’s restroom as if they intentionally hire people who don’t know how to gender right. More likely not to come back to the 1203 brown street Dayton Ohio location

Staff at this location are the worst: Not helpful, not polite, not kind.
Order errors and out of stock items (chicken noodle soup!) among other inconsistencies, and staff are downright rude.
Drive to any other location.
