The owner went above and beyond when I brought my soccer team of 5 year olds in for our end of season ice cream party/award ceremony, one of the kids even dropped their ice cream on the floor just like in the movies and she gave him a new scoop. I was there several weeks ago and was not impressed. Items were not clearly marked as what was what. It appeared that they had yogurt, ice cream, and sorbet in the machines. I asked the young lady to clarify the products for me. She her self did not have a clue what was there. I may try again to see if it improved.

I’ve never been treated with such rudeness and disrespect from a business. My daughter and I were looking forward to a lunch/icecream date and chose this local company to support and try out. After both of us having a hard week of being sick it was the highlight of her week. She chose the soft serve icecream with toppings. I’ve never done a self-serve soft serve icecream before. I had trouble with the icecream coming out, and it appeared, to me, to be two options for how to serve, one for a cone and one without. I pushed a button thinking that was what I needed to do. It didn’t seem to help so I pushed it again. I then hear the girl yelling towards me, “Don’t push buttons.” I smiled, laughed at myself and replied, “I think there needs to be a sign here.” To which this girl responds to me, “No there doesn’t. It’s common sense that you dont push buttons. I’ve never had anyone do that before you.” I told her, no, it’s not about common sense and that we had never done this before. She then replied, “Its common sense. Just, dont push buttons” all in the MOST condescending manner. I was appalled that she would speak to anyone like that. If it weren’t for my daughter being so excited for the icecream, I would have set down the cup and walked out. It’s unacceptable and just plain gross behavior. I finished my daughter’s icecream, ended up getting one for my nephew who showed up a little late, but didnt get one for myself as I was completely disappointed by this interaction. The icecream is good, but because of this girls behavior I will never come back or refer anyone. I heard from someone else this isn’t the first time this girl has been rude. Not the darker haired girl, the blonder one. I like to support local but not when they feel entitled to treat people the way she does. I hope this girl learns how to speak to others more kindly. The world is a hard place right now, being kind is the least we can do for each other. It did however, give my daughter a hands on learning opportunity for how to treat others, as my 5 year old even picked up on the rudeness and asked me why someone talks like that to others.

Amazing ! We came here for alittle treat to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we are so glad that we did. Hands down best customer service and tastiest choices in all of North Idaho . I promise you dont want to miss this sweet treat of a place.

First time we walked in there we didn’t get anything cause the ice cream flavors were so little, the lady at the register didn’t even bother to tell us that there were more frozen yogurt flavors, she so unenthusiastic and clearly doesn’t want to be there. So next time we came I wanted to try the frozen yogurt flavors which were terrible me and my gf sampled several and they tasted too sweet and artificial and it came out watery, we ended up getting the cherry and custard and it just flat out sucked. Never had such a bad experience just getting ice cream

Hands down, the best spot in town for a sweet treat! The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the flavor combinations are out of this world. Whatever mood you’re in, they’ve got the perfect scoop for you! Plus, the seating arrangement is cozy, and I love that we can enjoy our food from the neighboring food trucks. It’s the ideal spot we highly recommend!
