Like many others, WORST service ever, followed closely by BAD attitude of employee. Went thru drive thru, first asked to please wait, 7 minutes later they came on. I ordered the leg and thigh special. Said would have to substitute white or I could wait 20 minutes ( which I didn’t really have) . Ordered a filler substitute to hold kids over . 20 minutes later waiting( trapped) in drive thru, I asked if dark meat was ready. Teller guy said yes but manager said was all spoken for. Both employees were rude. On top of that, after being inline for 30 minutes I didn’t have, my order was shorted. Over all, a horrible experience. Will NOT return. I’ve had similar experiences here before but didn’t complain but enough is enough. They need more and better help!

The establishment boasts a spacious interior, featuring an ample number of tables and chairs. However, the quality of the food and the service provided by the staff leaves much to be desired. It is astonishing that during a non-peak period, the employees were unable to adequately prepare chicken. Upon placing my order, I endured a wait of over two hours for a three-piece meal. During this time, I was informed that my initial choice was unavailable, prompting me to select an alternative. Subsequently, I was told that this option would require an additional 20-minute wait. When I inquired about other items that might be readily available, I was met with a lack of communication regarding the extended wait for the chicken. It is remarkable how the staff, despite working in close quarters, seem to lack the necessary coordination and efficiency.Upon receiving my order, I proceeded to my vehicle to verify that everything was included. Unfortunately, I had to return inside due to a mix-up with the app. After taking a bite of the chicken, I found it to be unpalatable, and the sauce was not placed on the side, as I had specifically requested. As I compose this message, my fiancé has been waiting in the restaurant for an additional thirty minutes. He will need to wait another ten minutes for the tenders, as our original order is still not ready. They have yet to prepare fresh, crispy chicken, resulting in a forty-minute wait for a three-piece combo.

Although I went through the drive-thru the person at the window was polite politely explained to me it would take 8 to 10 minutes to cook a 12 piece extra crispy I said no problem and pulled around the front. I like to consider myself a fair Google reviewer I gave them a very bad review a few years back and I see there’s quite a few poor reviews but to me I got my chicken very crispy cooked perfectly piping hot within 10 minutes it seems they have improved greatly

Worst KFC Experience – Consistently Disappointing
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst KFC I’ve ever visited — and I’ve given it more chances than I should. The food is never fresh. It often tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. What’s worse is the complete disregard for the customer’s order. If you ask for crispy chicken and they only have original, they’ll just give you what they have without even informing you. No heads-up, no apology — just an assumption that you’ll accept whatever they decide to serve.
The service is painfully slow, even when the restaurant is nearly empty. The staff lacks urgency, and there’s absolutely no sense of customer orientation. Orders are incorrect, communication is poor, and overall efficiency is non-existent. It’s honestly shocking how poorly this location is run.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — go anywhere else.

Started reading the reviews after we ordered. They’re true. Very long wait. Watched a guy ask for his money back after he said he’d been waiting 30 minutes. Two other orders were cancelled as well. Several other angry customers waiting with us. 34 minutes for ours. . Placed our order at 1:18pm

Did a couple of door dash deliveries yesterday. The orders were done but they weren’t handing them out. There was roughly 10-15 orders on the screen that showed “completed” that either weren’t made or were made and never got handed out to customers. Had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes with 6 other people waiting for their food. Staff didn’t care, they only cared about drive through (when no one was in drive through)

We waited for 30 minutes and we went to the drive-through. Problem I could see is they only had like two or three that the most besides the manager working. When we pulled in and ordered on the drive-through, the person said to wait on the other side by the double doors. And there was a line of cars also waiting. at least 10 cars.

Waited 15 min for a small coleslaw, didn’t get a “one moment please” not a single word, just ordered at the speaker and waited. Finally left without my coleslaw. This KFC is noted for POOR and rude service
