Computers have officially taken over. Even at the register there is a computer that you use to order. The inside of the restaurant is very clean with cute crowns everywhere.

We decided to do our youngest son’s birthday there. My wife usually takes the kids there on the weekend and the staff, food, and atmosphere is always great.
We asked about using their play area to cut a cake and have some friends and family over and they were super supportive. We purchased food for the kids and adults(about 25 people). And i cannot believe how fast they prepped the food. The attention was amazing and the place was super clean. We recommend this option to many parents since times are tough and this was also a godsend budget wise.
We are spreading the word to friends and family. We also have 3 other kids which we now plan to do the same.
Not to mention we have kids in the spectrum and the staff was so caring and understanding that we love them for it.
Definatly consider this for your next bday party.

The staff was friendly and helpful for us with a little one. Best of all is the indoor playground for kids. It was clean and an inviting layout inside. It’s fast food which is sometimes just what you need for a family on the go. I’d keep this location in mind to come to again.

Dirty restaurant dining area – dirty soda dispenser- no napkins readily available unless you ask for them. If you do ask, expect rudeness and then listen to the employees talking among themselves is Spanish thinking you don’t understand!!

Try and avoid after 9pm, takes 10 min to get someone to take your order when only 1 car inline, I finally drive up to the window and she refuses to take my order and tells me I have to order at the menu board. Will never visit this location again

I was at your location on Saturday afternoon, service was excellent. Everyone was very nice and attentive to my needs. The food was prepared the way I like it. They didn’t mess up my order at all. The tables and other areas were very well kept and cleaned. Over all was very satisfied with everyone.

GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I tried to pay a large order with a $100 bill at this Burger King on 6/13/25 around 9:30 AM. The male drive-thru employee said the manager doesn’t work weekends and won’t let them open the change box.
Then he sent me to a “supervisor” who also couldn’t open it. If there’s a supervisor, why can’t they help?
It felt like I wasn’t deserving of their time, service, or respect. They were too lazy to call or text the manager and just brushed me off.
I work all week to have a relaxing weekend. Instead, mine and my kid’s whole Saturday was ruined by this nonsense. My kid won’t eat anything else, and my family was left stressed and upset.
This should never happen again.
I want to see this fixed so I can keep visiting this location since it’s the closest one.
I will consider taking down this review if Burger King addresses this issue and provides appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and stress caused.

The worst Burger King in bed rd. Miami, Racial, and discrimination. I take my cousin’s a diabetic person with all others health problem, and they denied it the bathroom entry..what a shame it..

Manager is incompetent. cannot handle technical issues and will refuse guests their meals because the management has no clue how to do anything. It’s a shame that this location has no recourse for such a prime spot.
