Our first time here. We got take out. I got the beef chow fun. The flavor a good but a bit too oily for me. Hubby for some dim sum. The char sui bao and egg custard was good but the egg rolls were super oily. I air fried it when I got home so some of the oil came out.

Best won ton soup on the island so far, I love the cabbage they put in. I get it multiple times a week, the broth is delicious!!
I’ve had multiple of their dishes and their Dim Sums I 100% recommend! Another one of my favorite dishes is their shrimp and vegetable fried noodles, orange chicken & young chow fried rice, Great to eat in or take out.

Out go-to restaurant to take mom for special occasions since she enjoys the food and it’s perfect for our family size. Service is prompt and courteous- they’ll let you know if there’s a bit of a wait due to the many takeout orders they get.

We went for an early Thanksgiving lunch and made reservations to make sure we got a table for 5. They weren’t completely filled at that time but I’m glad we made the reservations for peace of mind.

People have said they’re pricey but I think you pay for the quality of food, and I think it’s reasonable. Love the fact there’s plenty of parking too.

An amazing find!!! Best Chinese food. Loved the sizzling fish, live crab, walnut shrimp, mixed vegetables, fried rice. All amazing. Feels so authentic eating there.

Best custard tarts ever! Rest of the food is tasty as well… But the custard tarts crust was so flaky and the custard not too eggy like other places.

Fish tank and crab/lobster tank at the entrance also gives the nostalgic Chinese restaurant vibe.

I almost never write reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. This was the worst Christmas I’ve ever had, and this place completely ruined my party.
I’m a Hawaii Kai resident, and I always order food in advance because I know how busy it gets. This year, I pre-ordered food for about 20 people with a 5:00 PM pickup. I showed up at 5:00 PM and was told my order wasn’t ready. Fine — delays happen.
I’m usually very understanding. In fact, in the past I’ve always tipped generously because I know how hard service staff work during these times.
What was NOT fine was standing outside for nearly TWO HOURS, along with many other frustrated customers, while the restaurant kept taking new online orders. Everyone around me was complaining. I thought they would have learned from past mistakes and planned better. Clearly, This owner didn’t care about honoring existing orders or how long customers were forced to wait — just grabbing more money. Absolutely disgraceful. This showed a complete lack of respect for customers and their time.
Two hours wasted. Twenty people waiting at my house. Our Christmas party completely destroyed. This was an absolute nightmare.
There are plenty of better options in town — I’d rather drive farther than ever order from here again. Never coming back.

Really love the food here. Amazing! But they need to get rid of the flies. I’ve eaten there many times, last two times flies landed on my food, not happy. Please get fly traps or plug ins!!

Stopped in for Dim Sum. It’s located in the Koko neighborhood plaza, a stone’s throw from Leonard’s Malasada truck parked in the lot.

Chinese broccoli was excellent; had the oyster sauce on side; asked for hot mustard and chilie sauce.

Char Sui Bao. Steamed bun with bbq pork. Crystal shrimp. Meatballs. Tofu skin wrapped beef. Fried dumplings. Black bean ribs. Sweet sticky rice sesame red bean balls.

This place is always busy, but the food is always cooked perfectly. The authenticity of the cuisine is right on point. The Honey Cashew Shrimp is terrific! The service is great. Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants on Oahu. We love this place.

Food are mostly good. Service is hit and miss depending on who you got. If you got the older lady named Winnie (I could be wrong), be prepared for disappointment . She took our orders then 2 others awhile after. The other table must be vvip as their food came out before anyone and the staff even checked on them to see what else is missing. Meanwhile, I had to ask about mine twice. Had to ask for water and no refills either.
