One of my top three restaurants! Food is always great, service is always great, it can get loud when it’s busy, but so can everywhere. The portions are great and totally worth the cost! They do have peanuts on the tables so if you’re allergic then it’s a no go, otherwise, It’s fantastic and I 100% recommend!

I could only give it a 2 because the service far outweighed anything else. It took 40 minutes to even get our drink order. We ordered an appetizer that never came and it was an additional 15 minutes to get the drinks and then order our food. It was not busy, well after the lunch rush. It was a 2 hour simple lunch. Even though the food was good, i will likely never return because of the awful service.

I just wanna say firstly that the waiter was very kind and gave good service! In no way is this related to him.
However, the cooks here served me watery Pad Thai. I’ve been here enough times to know they do not usually cook it like that, and the texture of Pad Thai isn’t supposed to be soupy…
Anyway, they were kind enough to comp that meal, and I instead had fried rice that was okay. The veggie wontons were okay too.
I used to like this place but I am not sure what happened there??? They were super nice but the quality of food has gone down.

The food was really good but they were pretty busy which caused a downfall in customer service. The robot server was entertaining. I thought that would have helped but we still waiting a while for our food. One dish came out cold and had to be remade but the server was really good about fixing that.
I definitely do not blame them as it was for Restaurant Week. I’ll have to return on a slower day.

This was our first time to this particular Lulu’s. We were very excited it opened since we live in Overland Park and the other locations can be a bit of a drive.
The atmosphere was OK. There is one main open space but there is an adjoining outdoor patio that looked nice. The wooden bench seats were a bit uncomfortable and had a slight “unfinished” feel to them. My shirt would occasionally get stuck to it. It was also a bit noisy. Between the single open room and the banging from the kitchen, it might be hard to hear others for some.
The food was still delicious. We started with the vegetable pan fried dumplings. The vegetable dumplings are not as good as the pork but still fun to try. The dipping sauce is amazing though! The pepper basil beef dish was very good. Gentle flavors that all melted together. The beef was tender. The pad Thai was wonderful, per usual.

I the Thai Ice tea. The Ginger Chicken is great. I will b back. Just found out the Ginger Chicken is only available 11am – 3pm. I wish I had a special someone to dine n the huge bubble.

We always frequent the crossroads location, but this one was closer to an event we were attending. The food was excellent, I was worried it would vary by location, but it was probably better than the crossroads.
Service was not great, I don’t know if they were short staffed. Our waiter had too many tables or other duties? But he could not remember to bring anything we asked for. Two of our friends had their soups and salads, and he still had not brought drinks. We had to remind him of everything often asking the gentleman who was dropping off entrées if he could bring water and such.
I’m hoping it was just an off night. This location has fun igloos you can eat in, and I would love to come back and try it.

Our group of 3 was impressed by all the dishes we ordered. The sauce flavors were complex and tasty, the amount and quality of vegetables and protein relative to rice/noodles was very generous. The spice level medium was pretty accurate for Americans. Portions were big, none of us finished a full dish at lunchtime. Prices are probably a little high for Kansas but the dish size/quality seemed worth it. We live in San Francisco and these dishes were on par with some of our fancier Thai restaurants.

Some friends and I were there for Thursday night’s birthday celebration. We had reservations and we ate out on the patio. It was a group of 12. The staff was attentive and kept everyone glass full and the food was flavorful and delicious as usual. I’m still looking forward to my next visit.
