i’d much rather give this negative 5 stars. this subway has gone massively downhill, from the food to the employees. spent $45 for what… the man working was on the phone with airpods in speaking a foreign language talk about disrespect. i’m glad that firehouse subs and jimmy john’s will take my money but also appreciate my presence…don’t wanna come back here.

The staff is extremely rude at this location, and I will not go back. From the second I walked in I could tell the employee was angry I was there. He ignored me for 5 minutes without saying a word, even though I was the only customer in the store. He was visibly upset I inconvenienced him to make a sandwich, and my child asked me why he was in such a horrible mood. He was extremely disrespectful throughout the entire transaction. What is happening, Subway? This is a disgrace. Not to mention half the food looked like it was wilted/rotting and sitting too long. Will be contacting corporate.

All veggies were discolored and left open. Upon walking in the food was all open the employee was sitting down on their phone. It was 10:30 in the am. When I went. All ingredients should have been refreshed. Sandwich tasted off.

Unwelcoming, rude, dont listen. They have headphones in or just sit to talk to eachother when people need help. I have ordered and come in multiple times and asked for honey mustard and they give regular. If they are out of it they dont ask what to replace with instead just assume and even if they have it they dont listen enough to care and put the wrong ingredients anyways. Worst subway in town. Too uncomfortable to ask them to fix it cause they handle the food. Dont know what they might do to the food if you complain in store. Just avoid it here

The employees are just horrible, asked for a specific item on my sandwich they said they had it and never put it on, I had asked a few times to put it on then said next time, there is no next time because I won’t be coming back to this place. Took the guy about 10 mins to put it on the register because he kept putting other stuff on it, then put the actual stuff I got taking off the stuff i didn’t get. That place is a joke

Will never order from this Subway again. This is the second time my wife has placed an order on line. Both times asking for lite mayo and mustard. The sandwich was dripping with both, and was missing the cheese. These folks obviously just don’t care.

Last time I was here they had no lettuce. I went again recently and put in an online order. Just to find out when picking up the sandwiches they had no cucumbers and no green peppers and this is at 7:00pm not even close to closing. I’ve also noticed the workers wear earbuds. Very disappointed

Dirty, cheese was warm and melded together, ham was discolored. Bathroom was disgusting. Service staff were not friendly or knowledgeable.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place has gone down hill over the last year or so. I work down the street and it pains me to say it but “avoid this place”. Terrible food and very dirty atmosphere. The workers barely speak English which is not acceptable in a American establishment. They have messed up my order several times. The attitude in that place is unbearable. Trust me. Stay away.

When mustard is ordered on a pickup order you don’t need to load it up so much it’s soggy. Also you never toast anything when asked. Just awful
