Nikki’s Greek Cafe is an absolute gem. The service was excellent, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the prices very reasonable. Every dish was beautifully prepared — the Greek meatball platter was flavorful and comforting, the gyro was spot-on, and the hummus was truly amazing. A place that clearly cares about quality and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Our first time at this quaint spot in the heart of Gulf Gate. We were the only patrons about an hour out from closing on a Saturday night so had particularly quick and attentive service.
Great dolmadakia! And surprisingly standout and piquant green beans w tomatoes, along with lemony mousakka (not the fluffiest I’ve ever had, but still hearty and flavorful). Started off with warm, fresh pita and abundant, dill-icious tzatziki.
Will definitely return to try other dishes. A welcome addition!

The food here is absolutely incredible! We had the Greek salad and the ingredients were so fresh and delicious! The pitas were pillowy soft and the pastitsio was so creamy and flavorful! Our server Lola was attentive and did a great job! Such an amazing family run gem in Sarasota.

First time at this newly opened Greek restaurant. I had the village salad and Gyro Platter, my wife had the Moussaka and we both loved our food. The food was fresh, tender, and delicious. This is not a large place, but well appointed to fit the atmosphere. Give this place a try.

We had the Moussaka and the Souvlaki Platter and both were delicious. (The Moussaka was about the best I’ve ever had). And the Baklava was yummy. Warm and welcoming family-like atmosphere thanks to the friendly owner and Tammy, our remarkably helpful and personable waitress. Lastly, the prices are quite reasonable (including for the tasty Greek wine).

Casual dining but 5 star food. The saganaki was the best we have ever had and came on fire. The Greek chicken and Greek salad were delicious. My husband’s gyro was also one of the best he ever had. The toasted pita bread tasted homemade. Despite having only 1 server when we were there, the service was friendly and checked in with us several times.

Just stopped in for lunch, and we were so glad we did! Atmosphere, service, and food were all great. Had the Greek Village Salad for 2, and split the Keftedakia (Greek meatballs) platter. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Loved the Greek potatoes! We’ll definitely be back!

Newly opened, small place limited seating but excellent food and service. Prices were fair too. Ordered gyros plate and gyro sandwich. They dont give you onions or tomatoes with the plate, only the sandwich.. which is think is weird. We asked for them and they were provided at no charge. An excellent gyro.. Great flavor without over powering.. it was good and I will return but next time just order the sandwich..
