I ordered room service – the salmon, a salad, and the cheesecake dessert. Unfortunately, the strawberries with my cheesecake were moldy. I don’t know if the dessert is several days old or if they prepared it with moldy strawberries, but either way, I will not be dining here again

As part of our free breakfast with Hotel Indigo, we dined at Mosaico every morning.
Our servers, Carolina and Yeny, were always so cheerful, attentive, and always made us feel welcome each and every morning.
The portion size of food is generous, consistent and tastes great.
The only gripe we had is the limited menu for breakfast compared to the last time we stayed, but this was not a deal breaker and certainly didn’t mark the restaurant down as we still found things to eat.

The food is excellent and has vegan options like the impossible burger. As far as service goes, Mr Jewel is amazing! He was professional, kind, and made us feel very well taken care of. It really elevated our experience.

Arrived for dinner, Jason & Agustin were awesome. Helping me with seating & customize my order. I ate a Indigo Burger with truffle fries, dessert was a smooth Basque Cheesecake with pistachio garnished. This restaurant has comfortable seats inside. And I like it’s rugged cement structure its prime. This visit is dedicated to my then ex German American girlfriend (she’s a Maddona fan) who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. Cue in the songs: The Power of Good-Bye and Frozen both sung by Maddona.

Can’t really attest to the service as we were the only patrons at the restaurant when we dined. They were attentive to our needs but that is to be expected in this situation. The food was very good. The burgers (not pictured as our kids wolfed them down too fast) were especially good. We are staying at the attached hotel so this was nice not having to leave for food.

Went on a Saturday night and service was very slow. It took a long time just to place our orders and even longer for the food to come out. Our server was friendly and did bring bread, but everything felt delayed.
We had kids with us, including an infant, so the long wait made it tough. The food was mediocre for the price, and the beer wasn’t poured to the top like you’d expect at most pubs. Overall, the staff seemed to be trying, but it didn’t feel worth the cost.

Intimate lounge setting inside, outside tropical & quaint is where to dine. The service so nice and nicely attentive, nestled among the tropical trees and perfectly Miami lighting.
The food was super Yummy!
Starting we had the shrimp cocktail and ceviche. Shrimp great texture and cocktail sauce yummy but only 4 shrimp. The ceviche – fresh and clean. The ceviche sauce very lemony and acidic could use some oranges or something to bring down the tartness. In our group we ordered the Cuban, Chicken sandwich and hamburger. Each came with fries which were perfect. All the food was super yummy. I had the Pina Colada-twice – so good I would drive back to get it!

The food was amazingly delicious, not even kidding. I had the American something. I can’t remember the name but if your a simple girl like myself when it comes to breakfast that’s a definite go to! The chef Martha did her thing!!! Personally came and checked in on me and my friend multiple time, super sweet. Jewell was a wonderful server. Overall 10/10.

Service at the Mosaico Kitchen and bar was awesome! The ambiance of the outdoor seating patio was very inviting and warm. Jewel’s service was second to none – which includes the grits! Don’t forget to ask for him when you are here!
