This location use to be so great. Terrible service. Person who took our order tonight was rude. The Customer service is atrocious. I’ve had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to take our order from drive thru when there was only one car at the second window. I watched them wait even longer. The food is always wrong, or just plain awful. This place is absolutely the worst dairy queen location. Ive given this place multiple chances but now I am done. Get this figured out. I havent seen many cars there recently when It used to be busy. That is very telling.
The difference between day staff and night staff is night and day. There needs to be changes with the night crew. Ive had nothing but issues.

Waited behind 2 cars for 25 min for y’all to not have slushies. Disappointed but hey it is Too beautiful outside to be mad about it. The wait time here is unreal though.

Slow, spicy chicken is just sauce on top and put into one spot which was all over the tomato I said no to put on there. Fries were cold, breads ticks were hard/cold even the queso wasn’t even queso just a cup of cheese. Cheese curds instantly upset our stomach. Wow ive been to bad place but this meal we got yesterday was horrible and one of the worst ive ever had. And that actually says a lot.

This place is a rip-off, absolutely the worst, worst service ever. Try to give me a medium Sundae in a small Sundae cup and when I said that I ordered a medium Sundae he said “well thats what my boss tells me is a medium”, then weighed it, and proceeded to say “yeah I guess it’s a little under” and then when I asked for my money back said he’d redo it. Got my money back will never go here again! $5 for a small sundae you can keep it. Wish I would’ve taken pictures for proof! What a waste of time! The photo is proof of what you get at the Dairy Queen on 16th & D ave NE for a Medium sundae!

I pulled up to the drive through window around 11:45 to order my lunch, sat there for 8 minutes without anyone coming over the intercom. While I sat there I could hear at least 2 maybe 3 employees standing outside the back door gossiping. No one ever came over the intercom and I left. One of the menus boards on the drive through sign was also broken laying on the ground.

Went to the hiawatha dairy queen. We were handed our order at the cash window. There was a car sitting at the pick up window for a great deal of time. Nearly 20 minutes. We arrived at 7pm and it’s 720 right now. Not sure why the driver was not directed to pull ahead while cars behind them were being handed orders at the cash window. We are left sitting with icream orders melting. Not acceptable. Terrible service. Will never return.

WHAT. A. JOKE. This is a COOKED FLY sitting on the VERY TOP of my basket. Lobby was closed, called the store, got an answering machine, called again, and the line was “busy”. Had to go back through the drive thru, ask for a manager, and was then treated TERRIBLY by the manager. We weren’t given a receipt, so the manager tried to get us to drive away, until we told the manager the order was less than 5 minutes ago, and that he could’ve looked it up on the computer. I cannot, can NOT believe how awful this service was. DO. NOT. VISIT. THIS. LOCATION. EVER. Corporate complaint filed as well. A cooked bug folks. Pathetic

The dairy queen was clean and the staff was very friendly! The bathrooms were clean as well. I would have rated them higher but when I left with my milkshake the plastic cup split in my car and got shake all over…cheap plastic…no fault of the individual restaurant other than cutting corners on cheap cups
