This place in Seattle is a Vietnamese food paradise! The spicy beef noodle soup (Bun Bo Hue) and the pork BBQ with broken rice are absolute winners. The staff is super friendly, and the vibe is great. Whether you’re into Vietnamese food or just want to try something new, this spot is top-notch. Highly recommend!

The food is good. Period.
The service is not good. As another reviewer mentioned, this place will overcharge you and not tell you. I paid with my credit card and they didn’t give me a receipt. When I asked for a recipe they gave me an unitemized receipt that only showed the total amount. I did the math and they gave themselves a 15% tip in addition to the tip I already gave them. The owner then explained me they charge 15% when there’s a party of 5 or more. No where in the restaurant does it say that. Not on the menu or walls or anywhere.

1.5% fee for cards payment ; and they don’t let you know there will be 15% tips auto add on for party of 4; There’s no sign or verbal for that policy. I feel like been cheated for the service not even worth 5%. Tip is not goods/food. We will tip servers, but depends on how they treat us; we do have our right to know what we pay for- and make our own decisions to purchase or not. Charging customers on something they don’t know, and don’t agree to purchase is cheating.
Food was ok, not that special; their dipping sauce was salty; and for 5 dishes, only 1 little pc of mushy lime been served along ( 3 bun, 1 mi, 1 mixed meat tray ). Server didn’t check on once, I needed extra lime to mix my sauce but she was busy by checking counter all the time. Finally after 1hr, before we left 3 mins, another lady came over and asked if we need to refill water.
We didn’t enjoy the meal, it was not good; we didn’t appreciate their service , it was bad! We disagree on hidden charges.
We definitely won’t come back.

Bún bò huế here was amazing with perfect tender meat and the broth had a noticeably stronger flavour. Probably one of the best Vietnamese food I’ve had and it’s like a hidden gem restaurant. The waiter is incredibly friendly and pleasant.

As anticipated, the food is authentic and have been in business for many years. Sweet owners and plentiful in refillimg the hot water.
The parking lot is super sketchy but everything else is great.

It is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in the town. It has a spacious parking lot in the front. I came in with a couple of friends. We heard that their Com Tam Dac Biet is the best signature dish here, so we all got it. The dish was delicious, and it came with grilled pork rib, fried egg, veg, etc., and I attached photos below. The staff is super friendly and hospitable to all customers. I would love to come back in the future and try a different signature dish

This place is our go-to spot for authentic Vietnamese food. They have the best broken rice in Seattle. Their bun bo Hue always hit the spot and the flavor was very close to what I had in Vietnam. Their Banh Xeo is also huge and flavorful. Definitely recommended if you want to explore authentic no-fuss Vietnamese takeout.

Friendly and helpful service that took the time to help me find a dish based on someone else’s review & picture. The food is better eaten there rather than as takeout especially for the broken steamed rice since it’s moist and fragrant versus being dried out when it’s reheated at home. Thoroughly enjoyed the porkchop plate with the shredded pork skin, baked egg omelette, and pickles veggies. Prices are on the high side though.

Best bánh xèo in town. We love other dishes here too: bún bò Huế, spring rolls, bún măng vịt, …
The only downside is that they close so early (7pm).
