Hectors was awesome! It was our first time and we both loved it so much, we said it definitely won’t be our last. Their service was fantastic. Like everyone helped all customers didn’t matter if it was their table or the next employees. Their food was so tasty. The waiters were all so polite. It needs to be given more than just 5 stars!

Breakfast, dinner, doesn’t matter. Literally whatever you want, how you want it, Hector’s amazing staff will make it for you. I love this restaurant. Portions are large, food is quality, and prices are reasonable. 10/10!

The food definitely had southern comfort vibes; very American breakfast diner in a pueblo atmosphere. The portions were large too.
We had a personal problem w/ payment, but the staff were extremely patient w/ us and accommodating.
We went on a Sunday morning right when they opened, and service was attentive and there wasn’t a large crowd, maybe 3 other couples, so it was a nice quiet place to enjoy breakfast in peace.

I was sketchy coming here for the first time the other day due to its location but I’m so glad I tried it out!! They were amazing! Large portion, best queso and the best fajita meat! It literally fell apart from being so tender and it was so full of flavor. The prices are kind of high in comparison to others I feel like but totally worth it! I’ll be back for sure!

Had to stop here again with a friend. Service is always great and friendly with a nice vibe inside. I got the Birrira Quesadilla con carnitas and let me tell you it was delicious!!! It covered my plate and was too much for one sitting. It was packed with cheese and the meat was almost melt in mouth! For the dessert we had an order of Churros and they were perfect although I didn’t get a picture
