I hate to admit that I never came here because of the horrible reviews but today I decided to take a risk as I was really craving some New York style pizza without traveling downtown. Turned out to I’m so happy that I did because this pizza was good! I did a deep dive into the reviews and realized that people just freely give away unjust 1 star reviews. As someone who lived in New York for 5 years, this is the closest it’s gonna get, especially in the area. 10x times better than Pizza Hut, Dominos , Jonny’s and papa John’s. This is a lesson for me, the review system is jacked.

I’ve ordered from Italian Pie @ the Centerville Hwy location via Doordash delivery and had an awesome experience. So I decided to go in person to check out the local atmosphere and service, and more so to get more bang for my buck. The staff was friendly, fast service, and no one was waiting long for their pickup order. The prices when ordering online were cheaper with better deals versus ordering through Uber Eats or Doordash from personal experience. Besides it was my daughter’s b’day and she wanted the best pizza in town for her birthday party. Italian Pie makes the best NY style pizza I’ve tried so far, and they didn’t disappoint me when I came to their local restaurant off of Centerville Hwy. All in all, I was able to take advantage of limited special savings when you order online for pickup. I ended up spending under $70 for the equivalent of 1 XL two toppings pizza, 1 L two toppings pizza, and a total of 25 wings flavored in barbecue and honey mustard for my daughter’s b’day. When I’m in the mood again for pizza pie, Italian Pie will continue to be the apple of my eye!

I hate that they have a low rating on here. I’ve always had great service and the pizza is delicious! We live a far, so we only eat here 2-3 times a year, but it’s always good! And great customer service!

I ordered the chicken quesadilla and the chicken parmeasan the chicken quesadilla was definately terrible one it was soggy barely had any chicken no seasoning was used at all and to top that off it was burned but the cook still placed it in the box upside down wow really it also lacked cheese among other things definately won’t be ordering that item again and I should be compensated for this until then I won’t be back at this location for now look at how my food came was all good until I took it the box and flipped it over

Ordered through the website for delivery today. Received confirmation emails and texts confirming the order with an estimated delivery time and tracking info. Called after an hour for the status and was told the order was never picked up. When I told them the order was to be delivered I was told that online orders are for pickup and was not given any resolution.

A new restaurant in South Gwinnett. I decide to give them a try for the evening. Overall, I enjoyed it and I will be adding them to my rotation. I cant wait to try their pizza lineup.

Calzone- 5/5. Perfect. Just the right amount of cheese as well. Just wish I had more dipping sauce because it was so good.
Chicken cheesesteak- 4/5. Onions were slightly burnt and need a pinch more of salt. Other than that, it was fairly good.
Fries- 5/5. Nice crunch
Wings- I order 6 piece of lemon pepper. 4/5. Nice crunch but needed just a pinch more of sauce. If it had the right amount of sauce/seasoning. It would have easily been a 5/5.

Goodness I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. There is bad pizza and then there is this. The sauce is virtually water, the chicken was microwaved or days old and there is no seasoning or flavor to the pizza at all. Save your money and have a bowl of cereal instead.
