I ordered the mint chocolate chip cream ice. There was not a lot of flavor options. The ice is very fresh and the consistency was relatively smooth, although there were a few larger ice chunks. The service is friendly and quick. If you join the Rita’s rewards app, you get a free small Italian ice on your birthday!

Every year on the first day of spring, Rita’s gives out small ice for free. Even though it was sleeting, my family still enjoyed! We enjoy Rita’s whenever they are open. My children thought the new Banana Split cream ice was delicious! I stuck with my traditional chocolate.

My fist public eatery outing since covid19 and did not feel completely safe. I was very concerned for the employees. There we’re several young adults not wearing masks. The mask less customers were inches away from the employees. Signs indicated social distancing but did not mention facial coverings. I will not be visiting this location until they tighten up on the restrictions. This is not fair for the majority wearing facial coverings. As a reminder, facial coverings are to protect others not yourselves! This is selfish and wreckless behavior. There was a pregnant woman in line just behind the mask less individuals. If your going to open to the public, do it in a safe manner to protect everyone.
