I ordered a cheese and pepperoni/sausage pizza tonight via delivery. When we received it, I found a black hair in the cheese pizza. The 2nd pizza was Also undercooked. I called the store and explained to the manager Brittany, she said she would quality gaurantee it and send it back out. Once i received the second pizza order, i inspected the pizza. In the pepperoni/sausage pizza there was a long blonde hair. I took the pizza to the store to show the manager since she said she would guarantee it. When I arrived, the 3 employees making the pizza where horaeplaying in the kitchen sliding across the floor in flour. The manager Brittany came and was shown the hair (which matched hers). I requested my money back, she refused saying since she pressed a button to quality approved it, she couldn’t give me my money back. Def not quality approved if the second pizza still had hair in it. Then proceeded to call me hostile (a black woman voicing her opinion about why it’s unsanitary to have hair in food…go figure). When I asked if it was required for them to pull their hair back or wear hair nets, she said she was not required too (no one in the store had their hair pulled hair, only one employee had a hat on). The 2nd employee Jasmine, then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and walk away. We order from here regularly, this will be our last time. Nasty!

This location was fine. Service was good, order was ready on time, and the staff seamed on top of it. However, getting in and out of the business’ parking lot at dinner time is rough. Food was fine as far as preparation and appearance but Papa John’s has definitely changed some recipe somewhere since the last time I had it.

This is the 2nd pizza that I have paid high dollar for and been a disaster! Every topping is piled right in the middle. Not spread out at all like they should. It’s like they start w spreading then get tired and just start throwing it on. 2 pizzas just like this! I marked well done and it was NOT well done. Barley cooked. I had to put it in oven to finish it! I normally don’t mind paying extra for Papa John’s cause they are higher then others but I will not keep wasting my money here! I’ll try the others again. Gotta be better than this !

Would you pay for this or eat it? Not sure what’s happened to the Winchester Rd location but their pizzas have gotten progressively worse over time. Today was final straw when this garbage of a pizza was delivered to my door. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

The pepperoni on the pizza was ruined and the sauce was the same. Only the cheese and dough were good, but it had a disgusting smell that made you shiver when you tasted it.

Ordered delivery on a Friday at 558 pm. 48 minute delivery estimate. Ordered $14 worth of food. Paid $27 with delivery and tip.
Called a little over an hour after ordering. Were told it’s out, we’re busy.
Called again 1.5 hours after ordering. Talked to manager and requested a refund of still undelivered pizza.
Christina was very short with me and only asked for address to refund and cancel. No apology for time just kind of okay bye. Customer service has gone down the crapper. It’s RIDICULOUS.
DO NOT order delivery if you have plans.

I ordered a meat lovers pizza for me and my dad. We ate it and it wasn’t the best but edible.
That night my dad and I got incredibly sick. He has had food poisoning for 3 days now with no signs of letting up. Stomach pain, vomiting, the works.
I had it for one day but fortunately it passed.
My mom who did not eat the pizza is fine.
We will never order there again and I’m sure I’ll never eat papa John’s again.
Please please please be careful eating at the Winchester rd location. My dad is incredibly sick and he might have to go to the hospital.

Not the greatest! Pizza was over cooked! The second time I was there I ordered a small cheese pizza it was 7$ 2 days later they wanted to charge me 13$ ridiculous price i walked out not getting the pizza of course I didn’t order before I came! I ended up going to pizza hut down the street and getting it for 5$ i won’t be going back and customer service wasn’t the greatest
