Avoid this place. Food is awful. Should have known,hair on take out cup.Chicken is inedible,I have never tasted such awful chicken. Place should be closed down. Another warning sign is when the cashier emptied a packet of miso soup into a cup and microwaved it…part of my rational mind did not comprehend that it was my miso soup. I threw all the food away,including the cup with the hair on it. I am hoping I don’t get hepatitis from this sh*thole. See my other reviews,I hesitated to leave this but I have to do my duty as a Google reviewer to warn everybody about this gustatorial swamp.

I can’t stand going to a place to enjoy food and spend my money to support a business and the food is horrible. The cabbage was disgusting… no taste… didn’t even take the time to steam it. The shrimps was tasteless!!! The chicken was so so so chewy … like why is the chicken chewy??? The sauce is sooo thick and too sweet!!! Then they have the nerve to put a lot of sauce on the chicken and rice rendering it to almost inedible!!! The rice had black stuff in it and all I could think is someone did not clean the grill before preparing my food. I could go on and on but i can’t let a restaurant disturb my peace. I knew i should have just cooked because now my hard earned money is down the drain.

The food was absolutely disgusting the shrimp were steamed with no flavour the fillet was like beef jerky and we ordered rare. we ordered a sushi roll that consisted Of frozen fried shrimp wrapped in rice. The worst $63 I have ever spent I would’ve been better off, going and buying gas stations sushi.

I used to love this place, but not anymore. I’ve never written a review, but it was bad enough for my first time. Nothing was fresh. Race had the consistency of rice that’s been sitting out all day and the steak and shrimp tasted like it was cooked the day before and they nuked it for me. I’d give 0 stars, but I can’t. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I be there.

This place use to have pretty decent food but now I don’t think I will be returning. I didn’t get most of the expensive add on to my order (extra shrimp) and I had to wait for my food. When I call the store to let them know I had the wrong vegetables and did not get my shrimp on a 30.00 meal as the food also went up, I was put on hold for a long time until I hung up. Deeply unsatisfied with the quality of the meal and customer service.

Wait time for drive through was 30 minutes. I ordered sushi, so I was expecting it to take a little longer. When they finally brought my food out, I politely ask if I could get a cup of teriyaki sauce. The young man was rude and snapped at me that I had to go get back in line and ask for it at the window. Really?? You’re coming from the kitchen!!! I’m not waiting another 30 minutes for freaking sauce!! This was the first visit to this location in quite a while, and I don’t know if I’ll ever come back after this. Shogun has better quality food and nicer employees. I was just looking for fast food….. my mistake!

What happened. Been eating here since it opened. Walked in today and got to the register and was ignored. Ordered egg rolls with my meal. Had to find a clean table. They were all dirty and sticky and there was only 1 other person eating. Got our food and the meat was cold and the egg rolls burned. Told the waiter and he came and Said the manager said that the way they make them and told us if we didn’t like them we could just get our money back. Last visit here for me and friends.

They microwaved our food. The steak was like roast beef. Grills were not even on. It is way over priced for their quality of food. You don’t get hibachi in 5 minutes if it’s fresh and made when you order. Will never go back here.

We are at Nikki’s today like many times before. I think they have been going through some staff changes due to another recent visit. Today was just great. Food was hot & fresh , girls at the register super friendly & the extra guy employees were helpful as well. The portions are more than any normal person can eat( I have a to-go box every time & the restaurant was actually clean. They brought our food out, which I’ve never seen them do & just an overall great experience today with my family

5 stars for food and friendly service. 3 stars for for the whole “here’s a receipt and pen” process. I don’t think a signature or the choice of added gratuity should be added to the payment transaction. It’s a drive-thru. What sort of situation do you think I might be in where I have to prove I bought a spider roll on a Friday night and added a 15% tip? Just swipe my card and give me my food. Put the receipt in the bag.
