Dominoes is great and I love the deals that they have. They have good wings and sauces to go with them. I like there ranch and also dip my pizza in it aswell. My brother likes the garlic sauce but overall dominoes is pretty good. The delivery on thenother hand did take quite a long time saying they left for delivery at 9 and got here at 10. I was tracking my order and was confused but i ended up getting it eventually and it was very good.

I can’t believe how poorly my order was handled last night. Despite ordering before 11pm for delivery, there was no update on the status of my delivery. When I went to the store, an African lady saw me knocking on the door and showing her my Dominos Pizza app, but she completely ignored me and walked away. It was extremely unprofessional. By 11:48, I was still waiting outside with no response.

Today Chris has made a perfect pizza for me, mouth watering… I was so disappointed last time they made my 6 cheese pizza that didn’t taste I don’t wanna talk about details but there was lack of passion while making it, they missed many things. Chris make it up for me today and I will continue to shop here as long as they do quality check and prepare pizza with empathy as if they make it for themselves. Thank you Chris for great hospitality.

I want to be clear: the staff at this location have been fine in the past, and I’ve never had issues with the people working here. Today must be a busy day for the staff given the weather.
The problem is Dominos corporate has implemented automated AI call screening system. It is effectively impossible to reach the store by phone. I just placed an order that suddenly showed a 90-minute delivery time, which doesn’t work for me. There is no option to cancel the order in the app, so I tried calling the store.
The AI agent can’t help with anything, and after that the phone just rings endlessly. Every time you call back, the AI agent will just say “Your delivery order has been received.” No way to reach a human, no way to cancel, no way to fix the issue.
When you call Domino’s corporate customer service, there’s no response there either. They text you a link to the Contact Us form or you can text an AI chatbot.

I had a bad experience with Domino’s downtown Raleigh, NC (Davie St). Once checking the tracker and seeing my order was ready. I then headed to the curve side to pick it up. It took them 30 mins after I arrived and hit I am here, to bring my order. When attempting to contact the store, the phone just rung with no answer. Not to mention when I finally received the order it was wrong. My pizza was missing toppings (chicken). Unfortunately, I did not check before leaving and going home. Once again the phone just rung. I reached out to corporate with no success. I will not recommend Domino’s to anyone and they will not receive anymore of my money.

I usually never leave reviews, even after a bad experience, but this place has truly disappointed me. I placed a delivery order on Thursday around 8 PM, but it didn’t arrive until 10:30 PM. I spoke with someone named Ben, who said the orders got mixed up due to new drivers, which I understand but I was left waiting hungry and eventually had to request a refund. Despite multiple calls, I still haven’t received any update or refund. I don’t want the food or I come to that store and I will get a free pizza. I just want my refund, and I sincerely hope you consider improving your staff and service. I kindly request the owner to reach out and address the situation because I can’t reach the restaurant nor I’m aware if I’ve my refund issued.
