I just left this establishment. I walked in and it took like 3 minutes for anyone to address me even though there was a gentleman at counter the others were to busy having conversation.I ordered 2 slices. One was a chicken cutlet and other chicken bacon ranch. They asked if i wanted ranch on my slice and i said yes. You can’t call it chicken bacon ranch without the ranch which they didn’t put on and they had no flavor.

$17 for this RB Hero! Skimpy RB, $1 for onions without warning, $1 for extra mayo also without warning (and as you can see there is barely any mayo), and $2 for cheese (the only reasonable up-charge). Never again! My co-workers and I have been ordering from this place for years, multiple times a week. This was a complete rip off and we are all appalled! When I reached out, the manager was very rude. Safe to say they have lost a few very regular’s customers.

Great service, loved the peaceful atmosphere, personally it’s my first time coming here after a long day under the hot sun, enjoying the water, and all I was craving was a salad, so I decided to take a chance with this spot, and trust me, it’s a hidden gem, I’ve never had any other salad as good as this one, in exception to the ones my wife makes, I definitely recommend this spot, definitely should give it a try, won’t disappoint. Mmmm, it’s a must try. (Side note: I was gonna add a picture but I already ate the salad)

I can 100% say this place is terrible. I got one slice of mushroom pizza, and it was almost $5. I mean, I’m okay with that if the slice tastes good, but I don’t even know what I ate. The taste of the slice was cheap. I asked if she could put mayo on the slice, and she said yes. When she brought the slice to me, I asked for mayo again, and she said it would cost $1 extra. She could have mentioned that at the beginning of my order, not when serving my table. I don’t recommend this place. There must be better options nearby.

Came for a slice at lunch a few months ago. Usually go to Sonny and Tony’s right across the parking lot but figured I would try something new as a coworker recommended this place. Owner or whoever the older pizza guy with the grayish hair must have been having a bad day because he wasn’t very friendly. No smile or greeting on the way in just felt rushed and very unappreciated. Slices were ok but the guy rubbed me the wrong way. Came back today for a slice… same guy was there and a woman at the counter this time… I came in smiling and greeted her and got a “what can I get for you.” After ordering 1 slice she looked like I was bothering her or wasting her time because I didn’t order more. After receiving my slice I said thanks and have a great day. Again no smile or response… not even have a nice day. Slice was ok but the unfriendliness is unacceptable. You’re in the customer service business people! For now on I’ll be going back to Sonny and Tony’s where the staff is always friendly and food is consistently great! Only have a half hour for lunch and they get swamped but it’s worth the wait for the consistent quality of food and service! Maybe Mahwah pizza should walk across the parking lot and learn how to treat customers!
