I tried waynes last night for the first time, ive seen alot about it on social media, I was excited to try the steaks.
I went in approx 7pm, It was reasonably busy, not packed but busy. I was seated and served quickly with a pint but after my food order was taken the service was quite poor, i only had 1 drink and didnt bother with pudding as it took so long to clear my plate, anyway, The atmosphere was good and had a proper steak house feel.
I ordered the sirloin steak cooked medium with chips, peppercorn sauce and bone marrow gravy. The chips were 10/10, proper triple cooked chips. The sauces were excellent. I preferred the peppercorn sauce but the bone barrow gravy was good.
The steak was good, although not excellent, I like my steak to have a good sear and maillard reaction going on the skin, I think it gives it more flavour. It was as if this steak was reverse seared, although it was cooked to perfection and was a big steak, id say minimum 12oz which is very good value.
Overall a good experience and I would return to try other cuts, the steak, although good, didn’t meet my expectations. I eat quite alot of steak and regularly go places likes the hawksmoor, gauchos, flat iron, so I am comparing waynes to places like this. Im sure he’d beg to differ when putting his steaks up against other places, but that was just my opinion.

What a fantastic place to eat! Delicious steak, done exactly as requested, arrived hot and generous. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were seated quickly and served promptly. This was easily the best meal we had in Lanzarote. Sadly, we are going home tomorrow, or we would be back. Welll done, Omar and team, excellent experience in a very competitive market.

We had a really lovely evening at Wayne’s Steakhouse with my mum, dad, and a close friend, and it couldn’t have been better.
The food was excellent – perfectly cooked steaks, generous portions, and everything served hot and full of flavour. You can tell real care goes into the cooking.
A proper place for a quality meal and a memorable evening. We’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great steakhouse experience in Lanzarote.

We visited Wayne’s a couple of nights ago as we fancied a steak, and boy we weren’t disappointed. We arrived soon after they opened, which we were pleased about, as soon after we arrived the place was full, with people queuing to get in. You need to be prepared to wait if you don’t get in early.
I went for the Surf & Turf and my husband opted for the ribeye with chorizo. Both of us commented that these were the nicest steaks we had had in a very long time. Cooked to perfection and absolutely melted in your mouth. We’ll definitely be back on future holidays.

We visited this steakhouse twice during our week-long holiday (12th and 17th September), and both experiences were fantastic! Our family of six was easily accommodated, and the staff were brilliant on both occasions. Omar was our waiter both times and couldn’t have been nicer – nothing was too much trouble. On the first visit he was working alongside a lovely Irish girl, and on the second with a friendly Scottish lady – sadly we didn’t get their names, but they were also wonderful.
The food was outstanding – steaks cooked to perfection, sides and the bone marrow gravy were absolutely delicious, and both the starters and desserts were elite.
This place really has everything – excellent service, amazing food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit, and we hope they continue to do really well!

There was a waitress working for you who i think was from the Ukraine. She was absolutely fantastic and brilliant with my two children who are 4 and 2 years old and learning Spanish. She was such a lovely lady and everytime I come across your post, I think of her. Just thought I’d pass on lovely she was as well as how great the food was. Thank you! X

We went here for a new years eve meal which we booked in advance.
Service was a bit chaotic but they were doing 2 sittings to accommodate everyone so you have to allow some leeway trying to get that organised.
Had to leave a review for the food, because it was absolutely fantastic.
I had Korean pork belly bites to start and wow they were good. So tasty.
Then it was the fillet steak with beef dripping chips. This was sublime, chips were really good and the steak was without doubt one of the best I’ve ever had. Massive piece of meat cooked to absolute perfection.
I’ve had a lot of steak in my time and this was possibly the best.
A big shout out has to go to the kitchen team for the food they produce.
We’ll definitely be back before we return home.

First time visiting Waynes steakhouse and it sure wont be the last. Ordered pork belly bites and the wings for starts! Incredible. I had surf and turf for main! The prawns are to die for and the flavour in the fillet, exceptional. Honestly one of the best meals we’ve had here in Lanzarote and we’ve been coming years! Thankyou! X ps the sangria was pretty good too!!

We came for three visits across a week long stay. Steaks are sublime. Best ever had. Staff lovely but no rest, they don’t stop. Always run off their feet. You can’t book and it’s always busy but worth they wait. We tried different things each time. Could never do two courses. Prices are so reasonable, we came each time for that reason. Red house wine delicious too. Will definitely recommend this to people. Well done

Tried out Wayne’s after reading doing reviews. Arrived around 8 pm with no tables available. We were offered to wait in the adjacent bar and guaranteed a table in around 1hour. Well worth waiting for ribeye steak was perfectly cut and the chips are something special. Fantastic food and value. Ordering and table allocation could be better but put it down to fairly new and busy restaurant, again well worth waiting that bit of time for.
