We found them on line, and so thankful we did. Our server Matty was prompt and so nice. I got the Pink Daydream cocktail, it did not disappoint. So bright and flavorful. My mom got the lunch special which had beef, and red peppers, with a very tasty horseradish sauce. I got the Hey Tony, I ate it all! Such an amazing sandwich, as was gazpacho which I took most of home.
The atmosphere was great. The choices of paint colors was fantastic.
I also have to add …they use an amazing napkin! Always a sign the restaurant cares. Thank you, we will be back.

Girlfriend and I could not taste a drop of alcohol in our gin and tonics. The bartender tapped the 25% tip when she paid (rude!)
The atmosphere, patio, and music venue upstairs are great. I don’t know why the bar staff are so intent on making sure people don’t come back (or at the very least don’t order drinks).
If you go, just order cans or tap beer/cider. And make sure to check if they try to tap the tip amount without you knowing.

We only stopped to check out the place because the name made us chuckle. We only had drinks, so can’t comment on the food. It’s a big space with a unique vibe. They were apparently paying tribute to David Lynch as Eraserhead was on all of the large screens throughout. They have an interesting turntable that plays vinyls located behind the bar. The bartender explained it had a spring setup to maintain the proper pressure on the needle. Nice place.

We went for Drag Brunch, which was fun but also very frustrating. There were not many food options, approximately 6 things to choose from and there were only a certain amount of them, like a fruit cup that was sold out. The service was terriblely slow, it took at least 30 minutes to get a drink and an hour to get our breakfast sandwich. I ordered coffee that never arrived. The Drag show was fun but I don’t know if I’d come back or recommend it.

The Karaoke DJ dressed as Wonder Woman last night was so rude to my friends that we had to leave. Rolled her eyes every time my friends picked a song, or showed any kind of excitement- was completely unpleasant, and then had the AUDACITY to ask us to tip her- which we did? The Anti-blackness was palpable, my friends were the only Black people present and we didn’t see her being rude to anyone else… ?
Seriously reconsider doing karaoke elsewhere if you want to be allowed to have fun. Isn’t your job as a KJ to like, create a good vibe? Also crazy to dress like Wonder Woman and then be nasty to femmes.

Tonight I wanted to see for myself what all the hubbub was about at the newly rebranded Bit House Collective.
We started our evening off with an array of their specialty cocktails. For myself I went with the Dickel Rye Manhattan while my friends ordered the Who Framed Roger Rabbit & A Texas Walked Into a Bar (who doesn’t love Mr. Pibb). All three were outstanding and I’d recommend.
From there we shared a few of their main dishes. Longipan, Sinig, Sinigang Shrimp Chips & Lumpia. All of which exceeded my expectation in presentation, flavor and creativity.
For this Filipino I was happily surprised and, at the same time, excited to see our people’s food being elevated and brought to the mainstream.
I would highly recommend!

We had the opportunity to visit this restaurant & bar twice and had a great experience both times. The first visit was in the evening, they were having a video dance party with great music, fun drinks options, and we loved the outdoor patio with fire pit. The next day we came back for the Drag Queen Brunch. The food was delicious and the show was so much fun! Highly recommend.

I didn’t actually eat the food, but the Vegan-only food menu looked tasty, reasonably priced. The bartender (didn’t get his name, sorry) was informative and he chatted with total positive energy with us. He’s not vegan yet loves the food! I’ll be returning to imbibe with my Vegan and beyond friends soon!
Thank you Unnamed Bartender

Service and beers were good, but food wasn’t up to our expectations. Italian sausage crumble was salty, bum wasn’t at restaurant level and fries were oily and probably refried. Not sure we would go back.

I usually never write reviews but this place blew my expectations out of the water. The Padam cocktail had so much unique and delicious flavor. And same with the Isla Hamburguesa—spicy tangy salty. SO GOOD. My new favorite place. Back patio with the fire pit is nice too.
