The best service and incredible food!
I cannot recommend Bistro Vin de Boeuf enough. While the name suggests a focus on beef—and believe me, it is some of the best meat I’ve ever had—the entire menu is exceptional. Every fish and vegetable dish we tried was seasoned to perfection and beautifully presented.
What really set them apart was their hospitality. My wife is pescetarian, and since many of the signature dishes feature meat, the kitchen went above and beyond to prepare a special fish dish just for her. It’s rare to find a place that is so accommodating and executes every single plate with such high quality.
If you’re looking for top-tier service and a meal where everyone at the table will be happy (regardless of their diet), this is the spot. We will definitely be back!

An absolutely amazing evening. The staff were exceptional and attentive. The steak was cooked brilliantly and the fries were so tasty ! I would highly recommend them.
The trio of sorbets was a tiny bit of a let down but that didn’t even matter because we enjoyed the service and main course so much !

We hosted our wedding reception at Bistro Vin de Boeuf and what a spectacular experience it was.The food was vibrant and delicious and our menu was so well planned and thought out. The warm and intimate atmosphere added such a special touch to our day and by far the biggest compliments and gratitude go out to our excellent chef JP and to the front of house and waitstaff, who made this experience one we will always cherish! What an amazing experience.True fine dining in St Francis Bay. The staff are very professional and will take care of all your needs. We started the evening with an amazing fresh bread and glass of Chardonnay. I ordered the Seared salmon with oxtail which came highly recommended by our waiter… And he was spot on. It’s not a combination I have seen before but it was absolutely delicious! We ended off the evening with the chocolate fondant, this warm rich desert came with he perfect pairing of homemade vanilla ice cream.

Bistro Vin de Boeuf is by far the best restaurant in the St Francis area. We were greeted graciously by the hostess, and our waiter was excellent and attentive. The food was phenomenal – I highly recommend the seared salmon. Prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Even after just one visit, I can highly recommend Bistro Vin de Boeuf. We were invited to enjoy the re-opening special after the restaurant was remodeled, and did we enjoy it! My three course meal consisted of wagyu bone marrow followed by the beef brisket tagine, and topped off with a chocolate fondant. The whole meal was a tour de force of rich, vibrant flavours! As per Off The Menu downstairs, the staff are extremely well trained and friendly. We have not tried the food an wine pairings yet, but we will definitely we back for those!

The host Storm was very welcoming, Lyle, our waiter was exceptional and was informative and a second away at any time..The food was delicious and well presented.
