Saying that this is a Jim of a place, is an understatement. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted with open arms as if I was family. Granted, this is a family owned establishment. Such a lovely atmosphere. I went in on a Thursday where they have a 2 for 1 fish sandwich special, as long as you purchase a side. The cashier was such a sweet lady, and she also had the duties of taking orders over the phone as well. I chose to get the fried fish platter that comes with fries. I opted to get the greens instead. Although they accidentally gave me the fries as well, I saw that as a sign of love. The huge highlight was the cornbread. Being from the south, of course we take our soul food, seriously. I can attest, Mylestone has some of the best cornbread I had outside of the south. Definitely would recommend 100/10. When I’m on another business trip in Philly, I am definitely crossing the Ben Franklin Bridge once again into Camden just to hit up Mylestone. Was definitely Southern hospitality on the East Coast.

1st time customer- ordered the crab balls and Mac and cheese. I eat out all the time and was skeptical about new places. This place was absolutely amazing, and so glad I ordered extra crab balls. The owners had a vibe about em, like let the food speak for itself- and it did not disappoint. Can’t wait to come back and try more meals, thank you guys!!

The reviews rave this place, but I have to say it was nothing to write home about and I was truly looking forward to liking the food. I ordered a fish sandwich that I liken to a nasty fish sandwich from a corner chinese store. The fish had thick breading and did not taste fresh. I also ordered Buffalo wings. They were greasy. I’m not sure if the grease was oil or the sauce. The sauce was nothing like any Buffalo sauce I’ve ever had.It was red and oily. The greens we’re mushy and taste blah. The macaroni and cheese was pretty good.
The girls that work the front were friendly. The one cook seemed miserable.

THIS PLACE IS SO BANGING I HAD TO LEAVE A REVIEW ON THE DRIVE HOME. The wings with sweet chili are fireee. The mac with yams fireee. Got my man some fish but i dont know if there will be any left when he gets here … CUZ WHAT. Bangingg. Even the canned soda was good lol. I will definitely be back asapp.

love me some soul food & this place got me hooked on their chicken cheese balls & mac. mac with the yams fire too. the wings w sweet chili bomb. everything on the menu is amazing. they put their all into this food!!! leaves you full for awhile too. def will be back again <3

My first time here and it smelled amazing walking in the people were friendly the food was great , had the honor to meet the owner. I love this place makes me feel like I’m back in my hometown Philly!!! Camden Best Food Restaurant!!! Fried Chicken, Greens, MacNCheese of and the Lemon Cake was everything I could have imagined!!! I’ll be back there this evening by the way!!! this photo proves this was good as it’s all gone!!!

Where a do I begin? A hidden jem surrounded by culture and love. I have been ordering from the owner for many many years and have followed wherever his team has gone. Low and behold he opened a resteraunt/catering. I’ve had him cater a baby shower, funeral and graduation party. I’ve had attendees ask who did the cooking and I can’t praise them enough. Delivered on time hot and ready. Having a cousins family reunion Saturday and who did we call Mylestone…thank you for all the many years of great food, exceptional service. Please try everything on the menu you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!!
