I have come in since it has opened. It is moving way down hill. I had a pick up order for 7:50 which I was in line. It felt like I was at a drive thru that allows you to order. 26 minutes in the line. The person backed out behind me so I was able to back out. I went inside and they could care LESS. I was so upset and asked for a Guacamole for my time. It was petty as much as it was ridiculous for them to be ok with me being stuck in there drive thru. The guy asked the supposedly manager and he didn’t even look up and said NO. What a low value experience. A place to not care about inconveniencing there customers who actually planned the visit ahead of time. I come here very often but will slow down. This has never happened to me. 26 min in there digital pick up lane. The guy inside said they were waiting on chips. What! You held up my time over some chips. I was just trying to try there new protein situation that has been promoted to see would it be worth adding on to future bowls and burrito. They blew that experience. I will never go in there like if one car is there.

Good portions of food, yes, but what good is that when you find 3 pieces of hair in your food and you don’t even get the correct drink you ordered? Do better bc this is gross & lazy lowkey. Aren’t hairnets supposed to be mandatory in food establishments??

I absolutely love this location and have been impressed since my very first visit at the beginning of the year! The portion sizes are AMAZING — they definitely do not hold back. You truly get the full adult portion you expect and pay for, unlike so many other places I’ve tried. On top of that, the customer service has consistently been 100%! The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and professional, which makes every visit such a great experience. It’s refreshing to find a place that delivers both quality and outstanding service every single time. I highly recommend it!

The food was good and pretty fresh. There is plenty of parking at this location as well as a drive-through. We arrived around dinner time, and there was no line to wait. The staff made the food really quick with good portions. Most of the staff were friendly.
Some of the chips seemed a little soft, but nothing too bad. The store seemed cleaned, but we did take out and didn’t stay.
We went to this location twice and would go back again.

Service going downhill. This is a redo and it’s still wrong. Just follow the ticket…. Extra cheese is missing, extra fajita is on the bowl, I asked for light, extra beans, I asked for light… and extra sour cream was a bit excessive… it’s cool, need the band if the heavy set young lady that had attitude while she remade the bowl due to her missing…

Ordered three quesadillas with clear instructions on the app. The instructions were even labeled on each box that they put the food in. Somehow I ended up with none of the sides I selected and a random bowl with all the sides together and cold. Didn’t order rice and beans at all either. Chipotle gave me a free kids meal and a drink as a reward instead of a refund. Please get some new management in this location. It’s been a problem since it opened. Paid 30 dollars for three meals that were all wrong.

This is for sure my last time ordering from Chipotle. Both of my entrées were completely wrong — toppings missing, including an entire meat. When I tried to get help, I was railroaded into an AI chat that only offered me one free entrée instead of actually fixing the issue. The food that did arrive was wrong and honestly nasty. I didn’t even want my money back — I just wanted to figure out what the hell was going on with your service and quality. Extremely disappointed and done with Chipotle.

Young woman making my food gave me the wrong order and then proceeded to give attitude as to how she didn’t mishear me and I should have verified. I usually don’t care about these things but for how much it cost me for my meal I would at least like it done right or at the very least not be given attitude for when something’s wrong.

I went to this location October 14th on a Saturday night at 9:56pm (4 minutes to close). All ingredients was available. You wouldn’t have thought it was about to close. I debated going because restaurants food when they are about to close is usually not good and items are unavailable. The store was clean. The food bar was clean and staff was friendly. I ordered a burrito it was nice and fresh. Kuddos to the staff for still having great customer service at the end of the shift, which is rare.

Never thought I’d write a review like this. The food was stacked high and the service was great. This was the most generous Chipotle I’ve ever been to. So… whats wrong? I’m not from Maryland or the DMV area, so it boggles my mind at what people are allowed to get away with here that would be frowned upon in other parts of the country. There was a guy literally standing right in front of the Chipotle entrance, gatekeeping for money. Whether he needs the handout or not is beside the point. It affects the atmosphere and make no mistake it affects the bottom line of the business. Where I’m from, you probably feel the wrath of gatekeepers at Walmart on Saturdays. But here in Maryland its everywhere ya go and its all days of the week. And the taxes here, and paper straws, and the… BAG charges??? …are expensive enough without having to pay gatekeeper taxes just to go anywhere. Life is JUST as expensive for people that don’t need handouts. Shouldn’t have a bouncer in front of chipotle. It was easy enough to say “no thanks”. But, come on Chipotle; that’s loitering, so call it what it is.
