Omg just terrible. I ordered wings and a 3 topping pizza, only thing good were the wings and that is bc I had them well done and still had to put them in my own oven. Pizza missing cheese in a lot of places, sauce not spread evenly. Some parts of the dough on crust and pizza not done. A REAL WASTE OF MY MONEY AND NEVER AGAIN! Wish I could leave negative stars

11/22 was going to order pizza at this location and saw an EMPLOYEE harassing a customer. I witnessed a whole fight outside. Employee is chasing the customer outside while customer is walking away trying to ignore him. Then the employee pushes the guy and punches him from behind. Then the customers wife came out and ripped him off the customer and thankfully she was recording and he looked like he was going to hit the woman too!! Then once he saw she was recording he ran back inside!! Cops were called. Nice place to take kids!!

Food quality – 1.2/5 The pizza was undercooked and extremely soggy, with the center pooling liquid like a bowl of soup. Texture and doneness were both off. I have only ordered from this location twice. First time quoted 45-1 hour for delivery and 2 hours later a door dash drivers driver shows up with cold food. I did not order through door dash. It’s probably not safe to consume undercooked or raw foods.
Service – 2/5 Ordered over the phone for delivery both times.
Cleanliness – 4/5 Packaging was standard, but the condition of the food raised concerns.
Atmosphere – n/a delivery only.
Value for money – 1.2/5 Not worth the price given the poor execution and inconsistent quality. Called cooperate for refund or compensation. Never heard back.

Hour and 40 minutes for pizza. Got here luke warm too. I know it’s just Papa John’s and not a real pizza joint but come on. Not ordering from them anymore.

Our food hasn’t arrived yet, however, Trevor was very kind and helpful. We had a large order placed (days ago) for delivery for my Daughter’s birthday party. I didn’t realize that Wingstop uses a third-party AKA DoorDash for delivery and was notified that my order would be delivered on time, no issues. Then, at the time of when it should have been delivered it was canceled without explanation. Took over an hour to talk to Wingstop manager and wait for corporate to call, yada yada… left with I replace order and pick it up (can’t do, physically) or replace order and hope it doesn’t get canceled again by DoorDash. Needless to say, I wasn’t taking that chance again. Wingstop manager was very nice (gave me a small, future credit, and it’s not their fault) but, just wanted to give a shoutout to Papa John’s and Trevor for saving the day!

First time ordering from them and they did not disappoint. Super fast delivery and great food. One less star for charging 75 cents for a tiny extra pizza dipping sauce, but overall no huge complaints.

For the love of humanity, GET NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! 2 hour delivery. Ordered at 6:30 pm, order came at 8:30pm. Kids went to bed without pizza. Food came cold. Order messed up. They couldn’t even get the cream cheese icing for the Oreo bites right- I got blue cheese with them. This store gives Papa John’s a bad name. NEVER AGAIN! What a waste of money!

Every time I order pizza here I always ask for the cross cut. Little kids it makes easier for them to eat. Never….I mean never, do I get my pizza cut the way I want. I always call and complain. I am posting a review because after 10 orders not the way I want, I swear they must think I must be lying. Pizza good, just how hard to get what I paid for.
