Our Doordash order had hair in it. I called to ensure that the individual with BLONDE or SILVER hair wear a hair net for future orders and received attitude. I started the conversation with “We ordered through doordash and my spouse had a strand blonde or silver hair in their food. An offer to remake if we came in was offered. (Greatly appreciated) BUT if that was an option we would have NOT utilized DD. Anywho…HAIR NETS SHOULD BE REQUIRED IN FOOD PREP. Is it not a SafeServ requirement?

Tried a delivery order of biggby, and I was glad I did! Can’t comment on the building or service too much since I git a delivery but my delivery driver was nice and quick! In terms of food, I liked it all! The drink was really good, as was the bagel and bagel sandwich, donut holes and ESPECIALLY the cookies! No complaints, whether for coffee or food, I think Biggby is pretty fricken great!

Had one in Kenosha a long time ago. Was so very happy to find one in Franklin. My daughter has good childhood memories of going and I told her, then she was elated to find one up near her! I got a latte amazing, and the bagel with cream cheese was toasted perfectly and fresh. Can’t wait to take that drive again after my may Coffee fast. Yes, I’m only a week in and going crazy.

Stopped and quickly to get a coffee to go. Ended up getting a few muffins as well. The blueberry one was delicious! The employees were very helpful, and was in and out in minutes. Got a white lightning, which was kind of like an iced white chocolate mocha. It was very good. Came late morning, and there was no line.

I LOVE the Sheboygan location. Everyone is so friendly. I have yet to experience anyone less than stellar. The coffee is way better than Starbucks or Dunkin’s. I drive 25 minutes out of my way to come get coffee here once a week.

I love the iced vanilla late but also love the hot drinks too! Muffins and baked goods are always a great option – always soft & moist. Breakfast sandwich options & bagels are tasty as well.

I will say I prefer going to the Biggby’s in Sheboygan they seem a lot more cheerful and positive. Enjoy their jobs and each and team work. I am not bashing Plymouth Biggby , but I haven’t had the best customer service there. I get we’re human we’re tired we’re understaffed everywhere , but kindness does go a long way.

If I could give the service a negative review I would. If they get your order wrong and you try getting it fixed, they ban you from the store and tell you to go to a competitor. Management seriously needs an attitude adjustment as this behavior is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never be returning, if you’re more willing to say someone is unwelcome then you are to do your job and make the order properly you should not be in business.
