I haven’t had great experiences here and today after a few years I decide to give it another shot. I paid $6.27 for this family size mashed potatoes only for it to look like this!! I might as well had ordered the smaller size and maybe they would’ve stuffed that one up. This is pitiful, at least tell me you’re running out and only have enough for a regular size mash potatoes. This is probably why this location is always empty and looks abandoned.

Chicken tenders were very bland unlike other locations. Mashed potatoes still had dry clumps in it. Rolls were okay. Corn nuggets were ok. Overall it was disgusting and I will not be returning in the future.

Decided to stop by for some tenders and was pleasantly surprised! It was busy with drive thru and a inside but Kristine was moving with purpose and making sure everything was operating smoothly. She greeted me politely acknowledging me and would help me momentarily which i loved. The process was quick and didnt have to wait long before getting these spicy, juicy tenders! The roll was perfect with a bit of butter on top and the gravy was excellent along with the Dr.Pepper i had. It was gloriously filling! Keep up the great work!

I have been to several different chicken expresses. I come to this one and y’all wanted to charge me 2 hot sauce packets for 35?!?! I have never been charged for hot sauce !! Safe to say I will never be back .

Out of everything we wanted. Settled for a 20 piece of strips. Paid extra $4.99 for a large family side. It was 1/2 full 🙁 only found out after a 20 min ride home. Also look at the spicy tenders. They are 1/2 the size of the regular. Sadly tiny.

I ordered a number one combo with a roll and a sweet tea. When I get to the window the girl had a coke. When I got home I realized I got a biscuit and not a roll. The chicken looks barely cooked at least the fries were warm.

Came in with hubby and we dined in. Tony made sure to take great care of not only us, but the large party in the lobby as well. Refills on drinks, checking in on everyone no questions asked. He was amazing and reminded me that GOOD customer service is still alive! Shout out to Tony the man!!

I’m very impressed with how fast I got my food, the quality of food was great! Highly recommend the cherry pies!! James did an amazing job! The chicken was cooked perfectly and was delicious!!!The manager on duty was extremely helpful and very informative. It was extremely busy but all team members did great job. The store was clean and the atmosphere was nice. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.
