If it wasn’t for the fact I was passing through the area I would never have stopped into the Wawa in the first place.. if it was possible to give zero Stars, I would! The parking lot entering from the sellersville roadside of the building isn’t disrepair and destroyed my brand new tire Management in the store couldn’t be bothered to even be remotely helpful or nice calling customer service only tell me they can set up a claim never mind the parking lot in disrepair

Absolutely the worst cheesesteak I have ever had in my life, sandwich was cold, asked for extra cheese and meat it looked like a regular cheese steak with exactly two pieces of cheese on it that weren’t even melted. Also asked for salt and pepper and it was so salty you couldn’t even eat it. Can’t wait for Sheetz in this area.

We had stopped there in the morning of 9/26 coming down from CT. We needed some coffee and to make a bathroom stop. The place was busily efficient which was fine and all. However, not all was good. Granted it was about 8 or so in morning, but the facilities we’re unacceptably disgusting. I get that places are busy, some times not everything can be done in a work shift and cleaning can be put aside in order to take care of customers…. What was encountered was abhorrent…..stained and dried urine, trash, and general filthiness. I wanted to bring it to the attention of those in charge but they were too busy engaging customers.. This is not a cleaning task gone undone… this was chronic and repeated ignorance… A Zero star review is not possible..

I’ve been wanting to try Wawa’s for YEARS, and this trip was my chance!! We stopped on a whim, picked up breakfast and we were not disappointed! Quick service, food was good and coffee was good too! Ohio… please. Give me a Wawa’s!! For a gas station, I was pleasantly surprised.

I stopped in last Friday at dinner time, I didn’t have time to cook and grabbed a chicken wrap and salad from the open refrigerator and it was good not full of goo had the right amount of chicken and feta cheese some lettuce, salad was crisp.the check out was not very good, she spoke in a monotone and dropped my penny and I had to scoop it up myself, the wait was horrible and were as many as 20 people waiting for there order, the cooks were moving as fast as they can but were overwhelmed, it was a Friday afternoon about 5pm on 9/19/25 , I think that they need a better manager because other reviews say the same.

This Wawa is painfully slow. Ordering any food takes a minimum of 45 minutes regardless of the day or time. There’s no place to stand and wait. Customers are annoyed. Staff is also annoyed. I always leave there disappointed.

First time in a Wawa(we don’t have a Wawa in NY) and OMG what a rude staff…. My sister accidentally went where the coffee machines was behind the corner counter, not even all the way in and one of the staff told her she can’t be there. Ok no problem. That was supposed to be it. Not a big problem. So the comment was VERY unnecessary. “Oh she thought she could come over here”. Ma’am, if your going to be throw nasty comments like that, either wait for us to leave or inside voices. That’s embarrassing. And she said it loud enough for me to hear it all the way from the chips seccion. We are adults, not highschoolers. I don’t know what comments she told the other staff but the one handing the food had a attitude as well. I saw my food inside the window and kindly(she didn’t do anything to us) asked her if the food was all set so we could take it and she said “well is your receipt number 923?” … Um, yes. I’m just asking if I can take now because I didn’t want to start taking things out the window without letting you know it is ours….. Well, I can definitely tell they aren’t happy working there. The food and coffee is good, but they recently moved the pickup shelves for mobile orders behind the counter. According to one of the employees, this was due to people taking orders they hadn’t placed/paid for. Which I understand, of course, but now the convenience of ordering ahead is completely gone. You have to go to the counter where they are preparing orders for walk-ins and either wait for them to acknowledge you, which can take several minutes, or interrupt them while they’re making sandwiches and stuff, which very clearly annoys them. And I get that too. There needs to be a better way, like a dedicated window for picking up paid orders so staff knows you’re waiting for something already made.
I stop here just about every day but today I went to Dunkin instead, since I was short on time. I really hope they find a better way for mobile pick up.

Coffee here is good. Not the best I had in area for freshness. They do have almond milk as a dairy option not just half and half and whole milk. Creamers they have hazelnut, Irish cream and fat free french vanilla. Sweetners they have all the usual including an off brand splenda labeled wawa. The coffee station was clean and everything was in order.
