We had a great experience at NH44 Indian Restaurant. We tried and loved all the food, especially the Amritsari aloo tikki and bread pakora, which were crispy, fresh, and full of authentic street-food flavours. The NH44 Methi Malai Paneer and Mushroom Do-Pyaza were rich, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. And of course, the chai was amazing as always—so comforting and refreshing, it really completed the meal. Friendly service and excellent food quality. Highly recommended for authentic Indian cuisine in Tarneit and this part of Melbourne.

We dined in there yesterday. Service is super quick. We got the food within just 5 minutes of ordering. We ordered Goat Dhaba and Panner butter masala with Naan’s. Dishes are super tasty and goat is very tender. I never had such an amazing goat curry anywhere else.
Prices are decent.

Had a really good experience at NH44 Tarneit. The food tasted fresh and homely. The bullet naan had a nice spicy kick, the Shahi Kofta was rich and comforting, and the Mushroom Duplex was well-cooked and flavourful. Service was smooth and the place had a relaxed vibe.

The lamb curry was tender and perfectly spiced, and the biryani was fragrant and generous in portion size.

I had an excellent experience at NH44 Indian Restaurant. The food was full of authentic flavours and cooked perfectly. Every dish tasted fresh and well balanced, with just the right level of spice. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, and the garlic naan was soft and freshly made.

Food is good. My kids love the food. Only thing that bothered me is that if restaurant has made a mistake, they should accept and shud see why mistake happened and shud concentrate on rectifying the mistake.
Ordered Paneer Butter Masala twice. Both of the times we got different recipes of the dish. When called the restaurant, the girl on the phone said this is how we cook. The picture of Paneer Butter Masala with capsicum was the first time we had and other picture is the second time we had Paneer Butter Masala.

Visited NH44 to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was fantastic! The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. I truly appreciate the extra effort the team put in to make the day special. Lucky to have such a great restaurant close to home.

Very unpleasant experience ordering takeaway from her for my wife’s birthday. We ordered Paneer butter masala, malai kofta, kadhai Chicken and chicken tikka biryani. I had asked for mild panner for kids and it was over powered with ketchup/tomato sauce, kofta and paneer gravies were identical the only difference was 2 pieces of onions. And 2 green capsicum pieces.
The biggest surprise was there was a piece of mutton in chicken biryani. And it was just a normal biryani with bone-in chunks of chicken put together with a sauce, if it wasnt my wife’s birthday i would have brought all the leftover back and asked for refund. Horrible tasting food, not much better than previous management. Will never order again here.
