I just spent almost $40 at this location. Part of that order was 4 crunchy tacos and 2 soft shell tacos. They forgot one crunchy taco, which I really didn’t feel like getting back in line for. When I got home though, I took a couple bites into one of the crunchy tacos and you couldn’t taste any cheese. I checked the others, and well, the pictures speak for themselves.

I spent over $25 for a 6 pack and a pound that was supposed to be Supreme tacos, I thought by the menu online Supreme meant sourcream, tomato was added, I even paid an extra dollar for larger oles, I guess they were. I am attaching pictures of the tacos, I do not think they are Supreme. Who has time to go back to correct an order?

My Oles were mushy not crispy and there was no seasoning on them. Might need to hire another worker to help take orders the crew seemed overwhelmed between drive thru and front counter.

My family goes to taco John’s on sycamore every other Monday for our after swim meal. We have had exceptional service and our food is always perfect. Tonight we went to the 57th st location because it was convenient for us and it was AWFUL!! the food was all made wrong, the quesadillas were so rock hard ky toddler could not eat it, and they forgot our chocolate milk. When my husband went back they tried to make him PAY for them to remake our food. They yelled at my husband and were extremely extremely rude. I warn anybody who wants taco Jon’s to please take your business to a different location because this one does not care about their customers at all. Highly disappointed for the price you pay.
