I order a large gluten-free pizza every time, and over the past three to four months, the price has changed depending on who serves me. The other day, I got a garlic bread and a pizza for the same price as just a pizza. Today, the price was $2 more than it was last week.
I asked if they could honour the $27 price, thinking they might recognise me as a regular, but they flatly refused and said I must have paid for a non-gluten-free crust last time. It shows a lack of customer service experience.
I wouldn’t recommend this place, as it reflects a lack of consistency and care toward customers.
Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeaway, Woodville Pizza Bar never disappoints. Highly recommend!
Overall I’m giving this 2 stars, as the price, I feel, does not match the quality. And also, 45 minutes is a long time to wait for what I can only describe as mediocre.
Ordered two pizza, never arrived. Have cameras around the house. Delivery driver never delivered. When called to ask the first time they said can’t see it so the driver had left. Keep in mind its been over an hour since we ordered two pizzas. Second time I called they cancelled the order on my request. .

The driver returned after the order was cancelled and said he had placed it at the wrong house and handed me the pizza. I offered to pay and he said no as it was his mistake.
He also said next time we order not to worry the pizza is on the house.
The pizzas albeit cold was fine after we warmed it in the air fryer.
Great pizza but probably wont order again.
So hence I have decided to edit this review and thank him. On the other hand I understand you are a small businesses and I support small businesses through my business. Customer service is important.
You did go back and find the pizza. So credit to you for that.
‘MATE’, I’m ringing you because I don’t like my current pizza. Why would I want another pizza?
Next time you’re dealing with an unhappy customer, don’t call them MATE! I’m not your mate, CHAMP.
I’ll be expecting a refund from SAM the owner, because his staff are totally incompetent and don’t have any procedures in place for unhappy customers apart from throwing more products in a customers face that they are unhappy about. What kind of solution is that????
If you’re reading this SAM, your staff need proper training or you need staff there that know how to deal with these types of situations.
Avoid this place like the plague. This place was so much better when the whole state went in to lockdown because of it.
I’ll take that over the standard of food they produce these days. Terrible establishment.
If a suitable solution isn’t provided I’ll be taking this issue further to Consumer & Business Services. Not happy!
