I’ve been going there for about a year and a half. I’m not sure if they’ve changed management, but nobody recognised me. You’d think after a while they would know the locals who regularly contribute to the business — apparently not.

I order a large gluten-free pizza every time, and over the past three to four months, the price has changed depending on who serves me. The other day, I got a garlic bread and a pizza for the same price as just a pizza. Today, the price was $2 more than it was last week.

I asked if they could honour the $27 price, thinking they might recognise me as a regular, but they flatly refused and said I must have paid for a non-gluten-free crust last time. It shows a lack of customer service experience.

I wouldn’t recommend this place, as it reflects a lack of consistency and care toward customers.

Absolutely love this place! The pizzas are always fresh, loaded with toppings, and full of flavour. The crust has that perfect balance—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Staff are friendly, quick, and always make you feel welcome. Pricing is great for the quality you get, and orders are consistently ready on time.
Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeaway, Woodville Pizza Bar never disappoints. Highly recommend!

The pizza is fine, but the customer service is incredibly poor. Wait time per Uber Eats is 10 minutes but it’s been 90 minutes and we’re yet to receive our order. When I phoned to query where it was, the person I spoke to needed to be prompted to apologise and then the manager was “too busy” to speak to me themselves. Plenty of other options to order pizza so I’d definitely suggest ordering elsewhere.

We decided to dine in here on what we thought would have been a fairly quiet Wednesday night. We ordered a combination AB, Seafood pasta and a small pizza. Roughly 45 minutes later, and after checking the food was indeed coming out, we were served our food. Only to find the Chips in the AB had enough oil in them to get invaded by the US. The pasta was okay, nothing to write home about but not the worst I’ve had. Pizza was actually good, but again, not the best thing ever.
Overall I’m giving this 2 stars, as the price, I feel, does not match the quality. And also, 45 minutes is a long time to wait for what I can only describe as mediocre.

Really great vegan pizzas, especially the vegan chicken yiros, but unfortunately they have not correctly made the vegan meatlovers twice in a row now. Only 1 type of vegan meat, not 3 from what I can see. Will still be ordering as it’s yummy, but not that pizza

Ordered two pizza, never arrived. Have cameras around the house. Delivery driver never delivered. When called to ask the first time they said can’t see it so the driver had left. Keep in mind its been over an hour since we ordered two pizzas. Second time I called they cancelled the order on my request. .

The driver returned after the order was cancelled and said he had placed it at the wrong house and handed me the pizza. I offered to pay and he said no as it was his mistake.

He also said next time we order not to worry the pizza is on the house.

The pizzas albeit cold was fine after we warmed it in the air fryer.

Great pizza but probably wont order again.

So hence I have decided to edit this review and thank him. On the other hand I understand you are a small businesses and I support small businesses through my business. Customer service is important.

You did go back and find the pizza. So credit to you for that.

I must say, I was genuinely impressed! Despite the place being extremely busy, the staff took the time to serve me with great care and treated me so kindly throughout. The service was outstanding, and the pizza was absolutely delicious! I definitely want to order again and again. Highly recommend this place for both their amazing food and top-notch customer service.

$44 for a premium sized pizza and they skimp out on the toppings plus it was stone cold. This place used to be really good about 2 years ago, but has obviously been bought out by another person now running the place in to the ground. Not to mention the terrible customer service received when trying to get a solution to the problem. ‘We’ll make you another pizza if you’re not happy’
‘MATE’, I’m ringing you because I don’t like my current pizza. Why would I want another pizza?
Next time you’re dealing with an unhappy customer, don’t call them MATE! I’m not your mate, CHAMP.
I’ll be expecting a refund from SAM the owner, because his staff are totally incompetent and don’t have any procedures in place for unhappy customers apart from throwing more products in a customers face that they are unhappy about. What kind of solution is that????
If you’re reading this SAM, your staff need proper training or you need staff there that know how to deal with these types of situations.
Avoid this place like the plague. This place was so much better when the whole state went in to lockdown because of it.
I’ll take that over the standard of food they produce these days. Terrible establishment.
If a suitable solution isn’t provided I’ll be taking this issue further to Consumer & Business Services. Not happy!
