Food is always hot and good. Not sure what the other lady’s review was about, it didn’t even look like Panda’s food. I’ve ordered from here since I was a kid and when new owners took it over and it’s always been good. Sometimes it’s hit and miss as with everything else around but it’s one of our favorites. You just gotta know what to order!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. The Mongolian beef had no color, very unappetizing. The sesame chicken was not white meat and honestly didn’t even resemble chicken. It looked so questionable I couldn’t bring myself to try any of it. Total waste of $26. Overall, the food was unappealing, and I will not be returning.

So I have been eating Panda for 30 years and have always enjoyed the amount and taste of the food. After picking our food up tonight it’s the last time I will be eating there. Not even sure why they wasted a large styrofoam container on my Mongolian chicken because it would have easily fit in a small container rice and all. That includes my wife’s fried rice. Half the food for the price you have to pay is ridiculous. Sorry Panda but it will be China Luck from now on.

I had an amazing experience at Panda! The service was top-notch from the moment I walked in. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
I made a mistake with my order by not asking for no celery, but when I told the server, they were really kind about it and quickly had my dish remade. They handled it so well, and I really appreciated their understanding.
The food was absolutely delicious! Every bite was full of flavor, and the portions were generous. I left feeling very satisfied and impressed.
If you’re looking for great food and excellent service, I highly recommend Panda. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers!

The food has gotten disgusting. I was hoping it was just a one off day. But this is the second time the food is not up to par. The hot and sour soup is so thick and Luke warm that it is more like gravy. The wontons in the wonton soup are underdone. The fried wontons that you put in the soup are not even fried. This is unacceptable.

A typical stripmall Chinese joint with the standard fare. Everything takes 10 minutes to cook so thats a plus. When you walk in you may be skeptical since everything feels greasy, you even may be tempted to look for a heath score, hmmm now that I think about it, I have never seen it. But in all the years eating here I have never been sick after eating the food….ha take that scores.

Clicked website and you have a virus/ you have been hacked popped up. Took about 40 minutes for order. Every table was dirty.
The lady had no issue answering my questions about the food. The food was hot. I tried it and it was delicious. I had the sesame chicken. It was even still warm after driving 2 1/2 hours to my destination and still good. My order also included mongolian beef but it was SO light it looked like unseasoned chicken. They don’t give you enough sauce.

Oh my, SO GOOD!! This is the first time I have been here and I was not disappointed! As other reviews have said, the portions are very GENEROUS. Great flavor and the prices are right in line. Will definitely be ordering more

This was expensive for 4 people and 2app, around 70.00 bullshit won’t happen anymore for a 3 star place and it was combined plates ,then she left out plate she said she didn’t charge me for it ,I was already at home had to go back she said she was not going to charge me but when I get there it was 15.00 food was not that good at all ,I was not going to Trussville to my place next to lowe on Edwards lake rd ,I will never make this mistake ever again this place SUCKS in pinson don’t was you’re money ,or if your in the mood for average food then have at it ,you can have my share ,I want eat here again

I ordered the plate with fried rice, beef and broccoli, and chow min and received order without fried rice. I tried reaching doordash and couldn’t. I called panda and was told that I had to call doordash fir a refund but THEY LEFT THE RICE OFF. THEY DIDN’T GET THE ORDER RIGHT!!!! They had the nerve to tell me that I had to get refund from doordash and I could come and pick up some rice. If U had wanted to drive I never would have ordered on line. These restaurants could care less about their customers. They get offended when they mess up and the customers ends up paying double. Such a waste!!!! I still haven’t received a refund for the full amount. I was credited 1.04. PITIFUL
