What a joke! Pulled around AGAIN for the third time this week and waiting 20 minutes for 3 ICE COLD CHILI CHEESE BURRITOS. There so cold the cheese isn’t even melted. This is BS. This location has been pulling customers around to park with every single order passed 11:00pm even if your the only customer. The wait is ridiculous and its for OLD COLD FOOD!!! This isn’t even a burrito, this is a flattened taco with damn near nothing in it! . Won’t be returning to Green street

It’s about 8:30 pm, I went through the drive threw and the AI sucked but there was a person there almost immediately, very clear and loud speaker box (unfortunat for fat people that are self conscious). got up to the window, drink’s were already made, tea was fresh and absolutely diabetic, it was delicious waided a hot minute but for mostly completely fresh food that was absolutely delicious to just an over all good experience, unlike McDonald’s that splatted condiments all on my burgers and server unedible food around this exact time yesterday (detailed review will be there)

I ordered on the kiosk and got my food in a timely manner. However, I watched the staff at the front counter turn down 2 elderly couples because they didn’t want to take their orders. Literally told them to use the kiosk, or leave. Who’s managing this store?

Right so, what’s the point of having an order ahead option if I still have to sit in my car for over 10 minutes, just to be handed cold tacos?ridiculous.
I used to choose this location over the one on the strip because they ran this place like the navy.
Now? It’s a complete joke. Feels like new management came in and ran the place straight into the ground. This isn’t just disappointing, it’s pathetic.

Hey come on now… it is Taco Bell and it checks all the boxes. It was exactly like you want it to be. The service was fast, and the food was hot. If you are a fan Of Taco Bell this one is just like the others, just brand new!!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Lately, every time I order, my food is either incorrect, cold, or they seem to always be out of something. I’m disappointed and this issue needs to be addressed. I just want to be able to order something and it be exactly what I asked for.
