I have been ordering from Metro in Dartmouth over the past 10 years and for some reason over the past 2 . Everything I have gotten from this location has either been really bad or un edible . This recent visit I got a steak and cheese extra cheese . As seen there is hardly to no cheese on my sandwich even asking to get it remade . I am done and exhausted from this location. I highly recommend going to the other place down the road !

Order delivery. Food arrived. Ordered two steak& cheese subs, wings, pizza, fries. The subs were not edible. I took one bite and couldn’t even swallow it. The steak didn’t look like steak and if it was it was definitely the lowest grade beef you could get.

Pizza was perfect. Went to this location on accident. Was trying to get to the other metro pizza location in Dartmouth. They are nicer at the other location with customer service and friendliness. I ran into 3 different employees at this location, and not a single one said hi or made any attempt to be friendly. Pizza was so good, tho. I’d go back for takeout if in the area again.

I hadn’t ordered here in over a year due to a problem. I figured they are still open so maybe they had a bad day when I had last ordered. Wrong I tried them again and wasted another 40 dollars. The steak and cheese with onions mushrooms cheese and banana peppers was a pile of steak with maybe a half slice of cheese and I couldn’t find a sliver of onions or mushrooms. And not 1 banana pepper. Both my Dad and I shared and after a few bites it went in the garbage.
The tomatoe and cheese pizza looked good but we only ate a piece each.
Lesson learned. Never again.

Horrible!! The whole experience ! First, I walk in and the menu board is off, the menu at the counter are available but no prices on it. The girl behind the counter didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all, a hello or even a how can I help you would of been nice, no acknowledgement from her what so ever. I placed my order, She never gave me total just turned the credit card machine around for me to pay. We decided to eat inside, BIG MISTAKE, it was so dirty , from the dirty sticky floor that your shoes stick to, the table was dirty and sticky with no napkins in the dispenser or an offer to wipe down, there was a stack of c fold paper towels near the counter my guess is for guests to use. I don’t think they washed the floor in months and if they say they do the must reuse the water. Let’s not even talk about the restroom cause if you followed the dirty sticky floor and visited it first you wouldn’t of ordered. The food was nothing to write home about, it was nothing close to what this place used to be. My order was wrong and missing items, probably because the person taking my order wasn’t paying attention. Of course it was more bread than anything on the sandwich, over cooked and dry, grilled chicken was cold. I understand food costs and supply issues have resulted in smaller portions but that has nothing to do with the quality of your menu items, the cleanliness of your establishment and quite honestly customer service doesn’t cost a dime. I have since read your other reviews and you seem to place blame on the customer for your short comings. Take a step back and consider what is said to help you in the future. Will I visit here again, definitely a no from me!

Unfortunately, this Metro has gone downhill. It used to be one of my favorite places for pizza, Greek salad, and subs. It is not the same. I know ownership has changed, but that’s not all. The lettus in our salad was sparse, and what was there was the white hard part that is normally thrown away. All 3 of our subs were awful, no cheese on the steak and cheese, no sauce on the meatball sub, the chicken cutlets was small pieces of chicken tenders that were overdone and there was cheese on them which I did not ask for. It’s sad to say that we threw most of it away.
It was a waste of $40+ bucks.

I ordered an Italian with no toppings just the meat cheese and mayonnaise with a side of hearts I got my sub it looked like all there was was ham and salami on it which is not an Italian sandwich no cheese and the hot I ask for was banana peppers which I didn’t mind And honestly I didn’t even mind that my sandwich was messed up I went to the counter and asked why she didn’t put cheese on it and she told me because she didn’t charge me I said excuse me the Italian comes with cheese she did nothing but give me an attitude and try to blame it on me I understand people make mistakes and I was willing to have them fix it but with the ladies attitude and then the lady that made it swearing to God she put cheese on it when I was directly showing them there was no cheese on it end of the story just straight disrespect and no good customer service

The overall cleanliness of the place was subpar, which further added to the unpleasant experience.
