You can tell whoever is the franchise owner for this papa johns is doing the absolute bare minimum, you might as well drive across the street to Walmart and get a take & bake I guarantee you, you will make a better pizza at home than this dump.

First time ordering as I just moved to Kennewick. Ordered online. Selected extra sauce and baked well done. Breadsticks and pop were fine. This is how the pizza arrived. I’ll not order from this location again. Also completed the emailed survey from Papa Johns. Why even give the option to the customer if the customer’s wishes will be disregarded?
UPDATE 26FEB2022. I have attached a picture of the pizzas and a picture of my order. They did arrive in place this time, which is appreciated. That said, not well done and the NY was not square cut. Why offer these options to the customer and totally ignore them? Also, no extra sauce on the pan. Papa John’s sent me a coupon code and asked me to give them another chance. I did and even paid for an extra pizza plus breadsticks again. I’m not giving them a third try. Too bad because when cooked as ordered it is not bad pizza.

Papa johns is admittedly not my thing, but i can understand why others like it.
However, the 1 star review is because they’re dishonest. They love to advertise cheap food, and charge double or triple on the back end. A 10.99 pizza ‘special’ should not cost $22 after you checkout. Don’t forget to TIP!

For $30 + tip, this experience was extremely unsatisfactory! I asked for the pizza to be cooked well done, and it wasn’t.
The boneless wings were terrible! Barely warm and were worse than chicken Mcnuggets!
We stopped ordering from here years ago, and now, after this experience, are reminded why.

I had a hair on my cheesy bread and when I brought it back into to see if they can remake it. The girl said “yeah that happens you know”, then when she was handing it to me she said here is a show and tell look there is no hair. She almost just picked ths hair off and gave it back to me. I placed an order online yesterday for carryout. My husband went to pick it up, and he asked me what I ordered so he could make sure we had everything. When he walked in to pick it up, he didn’t see the additional sauces that I ordered, so he asked the cashier, and he said she was very rude to him just for asking. Then she told him everything was there!! We rarely order from here because it’s pricey and we have a large family so this is a once in a while meal to treat the kids. I hadn’t added a tip to the order because he was going to give them cash when he picked it up. He walked out upset and said it’s unbelievable that people can’t just do their job and be nice, He said I was gonna give her a tip but as soon as I walked in she was very rude so he didn’t leave one. Good customer service is rare nowadays and it’s very disappointing. We probably won’t be going to this location anymore.

Nice friendly staff. They helped us out with a question we had about discounts. The price is about the same as every other pizza place in town. The pizza was very good. I think Papa John uses better ingredients and makes their pizzas taste so much better than the rest. Would recommend this place for good quick pizza.

I love Papa John’s, this isn’t a diss against the company as a whole. Just this particular store. I ordered nearly $100 worth of pizza for my family. I watched the tracker to see when it would be here, which went the longest way possible to get here and even went 7 blocks in the wrong way before landing at my step (this was after it started tracking after they dropped off the other order for someone else) when the pizza got here, not only was it ice cold, only half of it was cut and even for someone who like cole pizza it was barely edible. I love Papa John’s, I worked there as a teenager and it’s all I order for my son and I. But this was an absolute disappointment. When I called, someone answered and said he was a manager and offered a refund. Then transferred me to a lady who offered two free pizzas on my next order from their store (which I won’t return to).
Let this be known, the Gage Papa John’s is fire! This Quillan location is trash, and apparently their new supervisors don’t even know how to do their job. Free pizza next time or not, I won’t return to this trash location for an order. This was the absolute worst Papa John’s experience I’ve ever had. Go somewhere else, or go get some microwave pizzas from the store, either way will be a better experience than this terrible store.
