Waited over an hour for our food and it was all cold and then I have a red meant allergy and order chicken Alfredo and got spaghetti sausage which I cant eat. The service was awful . We tried to even help server. Im a manager at a pizza place and just very disappointed

I would have given them five stars except for the fact that they’re corporate answering service is from hell. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich but I got a Diablo Sandwich because of the corporate answering service. This could have sent me to the hospital since I’m allergic to the peppers.

I did an online order to be picked up at 5:30. When I arrived the girl said she did not see my order, I showed her my order and she asked to manager. He proceeded to tell her that he had canceled my order due to the oven went out but he could make my pizza now.
If I wanted to wait for my order why would I have placed an order online?? Not only that but they couldn’t even take the time to let me know the order got canceled
They stood around dumb founded and didn’t even try to make things right.
This place has gone down hill and customers don’t matter anymore.

This is one of the most poorly ran restaurants I have ever been to. Have a pickup order? Be ready to wait up to an hour for your food after you have already arrived to pick it up. This isn’t just a one time instance either. This is every single time you order. It isn’t an employee problem it is a management issue.

I don’t ever leave reviews but here is my first one. The pizza is almost always raw in some places. The major issue is that I, and from what I’ve been told by multiple others, have found hair in our food in almost every visit. Hairnets are not worn here and it shows. One of their managers handle food, box and slice pizzas, and hands them out all while messing with his hair. It is on multiple occasions that this has been brought to workers, and yet the workers still dont wear hair nets. Unless you enjoy hair with your food I would not recommend eating here.

I ordered a pan pizza and received a hand-tossed. I didn’t complain. They were out of onions so I had to do without. They were also out of water, but had a glass of ice for me while I retrieved a water from my truck. The waitress brought my husband’s Pepsi in a bottle. Then brought glasses and ice upon request. He had to go ask for straws. The pizza was delicious but the sauce was only in the middle, no where near the crust. I will go back because it was that good and ty he restaurant was clean and not crowded. Most people did carry out orders.

Pizza hut is my favorite place to go in Russell Springs, that offers the best prices! But most importantly, the best customer service. They do not want you to be unhappy, they’ll fix it, make it right or make it custom for you. The staff there is wonderful and always ready to help. I do like to tell others to be kind when they’re having a busy night. They usually have just enough staff, if not, understaffed occasionally. So they may get backed up. Just know they’re doing the best work with the resources they have. Everything is made to order, so always fresh! It’s a great place to dine in or order at! I recommend!

The dining room was newly remodeled, colorful and fun. It was very neat and clean. A wide variety of seating for all ages and sizes.
The employee that waited on me was very patient and helpful. We were eating in and taking orders home to two families. He helped me get the best deal with current sales by helping me combine orders and so on.
Food was hot and delicious and just how we ordered. Clearly the other employees cared also.
I have to say it absolutely was the employee than waited on us that made sure everything was perfect. He genuinely cared and I wish I had asked his name.
