I don’t really ever come to Taco John’s but we stopped by for the first time in a long time tonight. I think the last time I was here was before it even got remodeled which was quite a while ago. The remodel is nice, there’s a lot more seating now and the decor has definitely gotten an upgrade. The kitchen is pretty small but it seems like it gets the job done.
My least favorite thing was whatever those little donuts were with icing. They kinda tasted like a mixture of chemicals and wax. My favorite thing about today’s visit was the strawberry lemonade, make sure you going to get a glass because it was great!

Not today. Tried to charge me for someone else’s order that was in front of me. 15$ more. Then my original order has the person behind me order added to my order. Then I get home and my potatoes 2 lrg and 1 med all hard as rocks. Not to mention I ordered grilled chicken and got crunchy chicken. But hey they replaced 2 of my potatoes. Wait best part go to set my large drink down only for it to topple over and spill all over. Bottom some how is compleatly bulged out so it wont sit flat. Yup great experience.

Me and my husband have not gone back to Taco Bell since we started coming here! Top notch fast food in the midwest, and the employees are always nice food tastes very good, not sloppy and satisfying. Thank you for being a breath of fresh air in the fast food industry these days!

I go out of my way to go to this place. There is a Taco Bell closer, but I prefer Taco John’s. Their beef burritos are awesome. I’ve had great service with every staff member there. The food has so much flavor and you get your money’s worth. Great place all around.

Waited 20 min for a mobile order that I didn’t get. Went inside to get an update and was told they are busy. I asked for a refund and was told they can’t do that. Funny the app says that’s how you get a refund. Bottom line. Don’t go here if you are hungry, in a hurry or expecting any sort of customer service. Never got my food as who has 20 minutes or longer to sit around and wait for food? Not me.

Horrible experience especially when it was my first time going there. Tacos were good and big. Let’s get that out of the way. The service was horrible. They had 4 or 5 cars parked in the lot waiting. I take a lot of post stem cell transplant and non Hodgkins lymphoma meds and can’t sit in the blazing sun for long. I pulled up but stayed in the shade. She comes out and insists I move my vehicle up like a foot but put me in the sun and I told her my conditions and she said cruelty “not my problem, don’t go outside if you can’t handle it. So rude I’d never consider going there ever again

Coming from California, my favorite place was called Del Taco! When I first ate there it made me feel comfortable and the employees were SUPER FRIENDLY!
