The food is pretty good, the service isn’t that good in my opinion, I know people make mistakes, but when I order today. I paid 30 dollars, my total was 24.50, I usually tip when we have the chance. I used the app to order, when the pizza came, my brother paid for it, and I made sure in the instructions that I put in to bring change for the 30 I was going to pay with. But we never got our change back, I’m currently typing this four hours after my first call to ask for my change. My third call, the person who picked told me someone was on the way, but I still haven’t gotten my change. It’s currently 5:15pm on 11-26-25, still with no change.

I just ordered a pie and cinnamon bites from dominos in Westwood at night and they gave me the price and that it would take about 30 minutes. After waiting about 50 minutes, I realized Dominos never delivered my food. I am infuriated and frustrated because it is late at night and I was relying on dominos to deliver my food that I ordered to my house. I am currently trying to contact dominos but they are now closed. In conclusion, I never got my food that I ordered, even though the dominos worker told me that I would recieving my food. I am extremely disappointed and whoever is working at dominos in Westwood should be dealt with immediately.

If I could give a zero star, I’d. I’m a loyal fan of domino’s cuz their pizza is better than Papa John’s as for fast food pizza goes.
This isn’t the first time they ruined our order. Once the chicken on the pizza was missing. Another time brownie was made with some pieces of green pepper in it. Tried to contact the corporate but they said to call the franchise location. Guess what they never answer the phone here!!
Today they never came out after 20 mins passed for our curbside order. Called n got no answer. Hubby went in, they said there’s no order, orders not ready n finally found it sitting!!!! My hot cheesy bread n chicken were so cold. Luckily we didn’t get any pizza today.
What’s worse is when I had my cheesy bread, found some veggies inside. Don’t know I’d it’s spinach or what. Lost my appetite and Domino’s just lost a loyal customer. Still have a free pizza waiting to claim in our account but hubby had enough. He’s done with my fast food pizza joint ever.

I usually order from here with no issues. However the last 2 times I ordered the pizza doesn’t seem fresh. It’s dry and not enough sauce. This time I got a pie with pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, olives, onions and green peppers. When I get home they only put bacon, olives and onions on it. Very upset and I will probably not order from here anymore.

I walked in on 6/16/20 around 5:20pm on my way home. The 2 young man was arguing cursing each other out behind the counter while I was standing there. Dismiss me until they was finish arguing. I couldn’t believe the people arguing was employees. After finally taking my order I went outside to wait for my food nothing was being done. My food still was not even made. As I walked in there was still some negative commotion going on. The one guy refuse to take my order and walked out. Now I’m sitting in my car watching him on the phone. He mentioned the other employee pulled out a knife. Worse experience EVER!!! The customer service sucked.

I was very specific to knock at my door because my bell does not work , instead left the order outside…By the time I realized was taking too long I opened the door there it was, and the pizza was real cold. Make sure they read delivery instructions
