Did the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized that my meal was missing the fries. I don’t get it! I made sure to ask for fries. I was so frustrated! I didn’t contact the restaurant because I would have yelled at them.

We decided on Popeyes boy we we surprised and not in a good way! Service was real snotty. The Mgr did not speak clearly but she sure was loud and repetitive. The sandwich was cold as we’re the fries, She was so put out just to be there! Wow. How hard is that job anyway? Do they not pay them? Well so much for that idea. Won’t go back and will tell everyone I know about this experience…yuk…

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. The lobby was closed—not a problem. Pulled into the drive-thru, but had to wait while they assisted someone on foot. Once I finally got to place my order, I was told two of the three items I wanted would take 10–20 minutes. The wait just to order was already longer than usual, and at that point, I decided to drive off without ordering. Unfortunately, not a great experience.

Upset they gave me a beyond burnt strawberry biscuit. Didn’t know until I was ready to savor it. I had to come back and wait 6 min for a fresh biscuit. They knew better.

Employees here are always upset and have lack of professionalism. I’ve tried dining in and ordered mobile both experienced was horrible. They are nicer to people they know as they greet few patrons by first names who works at the base but good luck if you are new or some random patron. Rude and lack of attention to details. Do better, it’s a job not a punishment.

The food is always good here at Popeyes. The fries are just the best.

Employees here are always rude and careless. Every time i’ve gone to this location, i get the smallest possible pieces of chicken and hardly any fries. This popeyes definitely abuses the convenience of the location and does not care at all about qualitt or customer service.

I eat here a lot out of convenience so despite their typical semi-terrible service, the food is decent. Every time I’ve been there in the past year, they have forgotten something. Something as simple as a straw and napkins every single time, to the actual food in the box. I can’t tell you out of the maybe 30 orders I’ve gotten something completely different. I know they can all hear the order over the mic, I’ve worked fast food before. There is obviously no communication between staff… There has been times that I’ve gone where the management has all been standing in the back of the kitchen talking and bitching and there is only one girl up front getting railed with orders and having no one to help her. I get it…. it’s so hard to make chicken and fries and put them in a box but come on…. y’all are a damn team… how about you stop wasting my time and your own paid time talking trash and get the people’s orders ready. The food is okay and the service on a staff to customer level is usually pretty great besides them consistently forgetting things. I’m strictly complaining about the obvious lack of communication and teamwork between the staff. If you’re a manager and your team is struggling, get off your bitching ass and help them.

My family and I stopped here for lunch on 18 Aug 2023. This Popeye’s was pretty much exactly how I remembered it several years back whenever I used to work on Nellis. However, I don’t know if this is nationwide, but I noticed that the drumsticks look more like drumettes – perhaps the chicken in this country isn’t taking its daily vitamins anymore? Regardless, the flavor and texture of the chicken was the same – Popeyes will always be the one of few fried chicken places that I actually eat the skin. Normally I just remove it in a last-minute effort to showcase myself eating healthier. The 3-piece meal and the chicken sandwich were outstanding; I could sit there and eat those all day long if there were no negative impact to my health.

I was slightly disappointed that Popeyes doesn’t offer the green beans anymore, but I managed to still sleep at night. Overall, the food was great and the service was lightning fast, like how I remembered it. It would be great if the employees at this Popeyes would visit and manage all the Popeyes in Las Vegas so that they are equally as fast and attentive.
