Horrible experience! I was having a super awesome day: 100% excellence at work, I fired my attorney, you know the kind of day I’m talking about ☺ I wanted a victory pizza & I used to go to Mountain Mike’s all the time. I searched Mountain Mike’s Carmichael in my phone, called them up, placed my order for pick up & drove over to get my prize. When I arrived, they didn’t have my pizza ready or even hear of my order. They suggested, “Maybe you called the other Mountain Mike’s in Carmichael.” O no! I need to take part of the blame for not double checking the location before I dialed, but come on, especially if there’s more than one location in Carmichael, I should think the phone person should at least announce their street intersections when they answered the phone (I know when I worked as the phone person in past jobs, that was phone answering policy). Not that I blame the kids working, maybe they hadn’t been trained or maybe this isn’t something covered in employee meetings. I called another Carmichael location & found my pizza. Eureka! So, I had to double back to pick it up & was saddened to see an empty parking lot & empty restaurant. How does this business survive? The kids working were super duper nice & very friendly. Unfortunately, I got home & was devastated to find the pizza was burned & tasted bitter. So disappointing.

I ordered some food to go since they were one of the few places open for Thanksgiving. I got myself a small pepperoni pizza (which is more like a medium-sized pizza) and wings. It wasn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had, but it was decent. The wings were good. The price is a little bit higher than I think it should be (which is why I rarely ordered pizza from Mountain Mike’s in the past). Everything I ordered was accurate and looked great. The pizza wasn’t greasy.

Terrible. Went in for the lunch special and there was no pizza out or anything really. Employee came out and I asked if they still had the special because it looked dead and she flat out said “yea we do we just didn’t put it out.” Very lazy and poor service. While I was already irritated, I bought a small pizza and salad to dine in…. When I went to get salad, the lettuce was basically empty and looked like it was a week old. Shriveled and brown. Just terrible. Not coming back

When I pick up my order from DoorDash, in person I said give me some more ranch, pepper and cheese on the front they said everything inside, but when I opened the pizza box there been only one pepper and cheese for a medium size pizza. Is that hard to put ranch and all of that staff? I paid money for that.

Always love Mt. Mike’s. Great pizza. If we order online and delivered it gets to us in about 45 minutes. My husband and I were able to have a pint while we waited for our take out order tonight. At this location they were doing a 25% off a large pizza for their Sunday Deal. Can’t go wrong there.

My daughter and grandson came over for the night so I took them out for pizza. I had my own small pizza and salad, they had their own. We all ended up sick as dogs that night and the next day. Ruined our time together because we were constantly running to the restroom and cramping stomachs. The service was horrible as well. The older white gentleman left me standing at the counter for close to 15 minutes to take my order. The young Hispanic girl wasn’t that great as well. Won’t be returning here again.
