Cold Stone was okay overall. A small cup was around seven dollars, which feels pricey considering it’s basically one scoop with some toppings. On the positive side, our order was ready before we arrived, so pickup was quick and easy. The place was completely empty when we got there, which made the visit fast but also a bit underwhelming. Decent experience, just not great for the price.

1) the “OPEN” sign was not plugged in despite being open per the store online hours and hours posted on the door. I plugged the “OPEN” sign in to turn it on when I came in because I figured it was an accident that it was turned off
2) they were out of brownies!!! Not a batch in the back…. This never happens at other locations
3) they were out of strawberries!!!
4) the total price of a Kids’ Size CYO (create your own) was $4.86…
5) as always—this location has a peculiar smell, almost like mildew or gross dishwasher. I have noticed this for years, and the other Cold Stone locations do not have this smell.
6) the workers were not very friendly
7) when I sat down to eat my ice cream—which I would have gotten a Gotta Have It Size FYI if they had had brownies…..—I noticed the “OPEN” sign was unplugged and turned off…. So it was apparent this was no accident afterall.
By the way, all of this happened at 9:40 p.m. Store hours as posted on the door and online hours say open until 10:00 p.m. ♀️
Where I’d brought 3 friends with me after suggesting Cold Stone when we came out of the nearby movie theater, I realize it wasn’t worth the poor experience. Guess I won’t be coming back to this location.

I came in after having a pretty bad day. I was feeling down and wanted to treat myself to some ice cream because that usually cheers me up a bit. I told Allison B. A little about my day and she was so sweet and helpful when choosing flavors and offering advice. I’ve only come to cold stone twice before and she genuinely gave me a good experience and made me feel so welcome!! She even gave me a small discount because of the bad day I had. That small kindness really changed my outlook on the whole day. I hope she gets a raise and I hope she’s reading this. We all should be kinder to each other. Thank you so much Allison. I know it seems small but it’s been a hard year. I really needed that. <3 (:

This was a nice Coldstone experience. I will say it was quite dirty and smelled weird. I also noticed this place needs to be remodeled big time! There are sections of the wall that are warped and tile base that is broken and really stained by the bathroom. Kind of gross for a food establishment.

I ordered a love it of the cake batter batter. I was sent this which is a like it and not even full. It is a red velvet ice cream. I called to talk with someone but they will not answer. Very poor service. This was delivered via door dash.

I placed an order and the store canceled it at the last minute with no real explanation. It came across as if they didn’t want to complete the order through Uber Eats, which is extremely unprofessional. This caused an unnecessary delay and inconvenience. If they choose not to accept delivery orders, they should be upfront instead of wasting customers’ time. Very disappointing.

I had the best experience at this location. I came in a half hour before closing and the two employees working were so much fun. They made me feel welcome and they were so personable that I cannot wait to come to this location again. The bonus was the ice cream… it was amazing as always.
