If you enjoy Burger King, you have got to stop in and see this location for yourself. Amazing “tribute” themed dining area, to our US military. There’s alot to see in here. I grabbed the 8 dollar Trio.. a special meal deal.

Came in for a quick bite; stayed a bit longer to enjoy the decor…. At a BK!!!! Some may say it’s outdated; but it felt like I was eating modern fast food in a 60s time capsule. I enjoyed the displays, the glass case, and the staff was very attentive. Again no major complaints and a new stop to show next time I am in town with the kids.

I am a local resident and have been visiting this Burger King for many years. Unfortunately, the quality and customer service at this location have been declining for quite some time. On multiple occasions, I’ve received stale or sour fries, cold food, or fountain drinks that taste like plain water with no flavor.

Yesterday (around 6 PM), I went through the drive-through and was greeted with an unwelcoming “hello” from the young attendant. Her tone was rough and rude, and when I reached the window, her attitude was so intimidating that I felt uncomfortable. Despite saying “thank you” multiple times, I received no acknowledgment or response.

What’s most disappointing is that this lack of courtesy and professionalism isn’t limited to the drive-through. The front counter staff, particularly a young male Hispanic employee, also displayed the same dismissive and rude behavior. It’s disheartening to see how basic customer service skills — simple respect and common courtesy — have completely disappeared at this location.

As someone who has supported this Burger King for years, it’s truly sad to see it fall so far in both food quality and customer service. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both the training and the attitude of the staff.

This burger king branch left a lot to be desired. The dimly lit parking lot and the restaurant’s overall appearance made it feel almost abandoned. The outdated decor, furniture, and soda machines added to the sense of neglect. While the food was prepared promptly, the quality was disappointing. My fries, supposed to be no salt, were unexpectedly salty, and one portion was noticeably smaller than the other. The flat diet coke was the final straw.
Overall, I would not recommend this branch. A major renovation is needed to improve the atmosphere and attract more customers.

I am not big on eating fast food but Sprint had a deal for BK so decided to get in on it. I tried to order through the app but it didn’t seem to work. So when I arrived I put the coupon up and went in. I started my order and showed the cashier the coupon. She pointed at some sign and called a manager. The manger seen my coupon and took the order, and she seemed annoyed for the record. She gave me my food but it was missing fries. I told her it is supposed to include fries and the cashier said no and mumbled to the manager. The manger also said no and I proceeded to show her the coupon again. She then annoyingly said all these coupons are so different. Welp miss that’s not my problem. They gave me my fries and I left. Terrible service! Please get it together people.

Maybe this place needs their drive thru menu PA system re-done, bc when I made my order, the employee couldn’t understand me. So, I seriously spoke louder & slower the 2nd time around so they’d understand. Get to the window and the cashier snatches my card out of my hand, ummm, so I snatched all mines back too ☠️. Don’t be rude to customers bc you can’t understand on your end. You get the energy back you put out.

The food is terrible from this place, they gave me old, burned and stale mozzarella sticks. The fries were cold, as well as my whopper. Unfortunately I noticed once I was home. This is unacceptable! 2.29 plus tax for THIS???? And a $1.00 for one piece of cheese, unbelievable!

Overall place looks dirty and employees don’t seem to follow sanitary procedures. Food was ok,even though I ate it feeling disgusted,if place looks dirty like the napkin dispenser needs some serious cleaning,imagine the kitchen. Employees were friendly.
