Ordered many times here at this location but lately every time I place an order to go something is always wrong. I just did one today, and the sandwiches meal that I ordered were both incorrect. Somehow my spicy sandwich is not spicy at all and my son who ordered a regular sandwich meal is the one that is spicy but it looks like a regular number one sandwich meal where there’s no veggies, no lettuce, no tomatoes. I would hate to go somewhere else because this is the closest one to me. However I may just start doing that. I just hope the crew that does the actual orders and put the food in the bags are more careful. That they read the orders carefully and put the correct food to go because the actual order on my receipt that I was charged are all correct but somehow the food that I received are always not matching it. It has happened more than 4 times now so i just feel the need to point it out.

I have never had a bad experience from Chick-fil-a, but after calling in to make a pickup order (9/27) the worker tells me “you know you could’ve gone through the drive-thru for this, right?” I told her I needed it at a certain time and its a lot of food to order at a drive-thru and she condescendingly took my order. After the order she asked for my card number and my zip code wasn’t working on their side. She asked me step-by-step instructions on “who owns the card” and “what is the billing address of the card” as if I didn’t know my own zip code attached to my own card. After she told me I can pay when I get there and immediately hung up the phone.
She was very rude and ended up submitting my order wrong and I had to update it when I got there. I usually have a lot of patience for workers since I know they go through a lot, but I felt very disrespected. I expected better from Chick-fil-a service.

They forgot to out salad dressing my bag… I called hoping to catch a delivery driver in my area… there wasn’t one coming my way…. A staff member brought it to my house!!!! That is TOP NOTCH service. I just couldn’t muster the trip back as I wasn’t feeling well so this made my day!

Don’t know what’s been up with this location recently. Wait times are constantly longer than normal. Twice have been given the wrong salad. Most recently ordered a peppermint coffee on the app, finally reached the window and be handed an iced coffee, laughed at, and told they don’t have a hot peppermint coffee (it’s sold as such on the app).

A few weeks ago I wrote a post based on my observations as a customer, I was upset with what I observed and decided to go back by recently but unfortunately things still seemed the same, im beginning to think cooperate doesn’t care how management treats employees. I just hope if there is mistreatment by management cooperate will do the right thing and remove them. Who knows if peope with chic fia pay attention to reviews or not, My original post is below:
As a frequent customer it has come to my attention after observing and over hearing things that there seems to be some serious mistreatment from what appears to be a black supervisor to a few of the white employees so much so I almost said something. I am floored !! It is not right, could you imagine if the roles were reversed. I think I will call cooperate because no other managers seem to be concerned. I’m outraged and disappointed in chic fila… I’m so done with this Dunwoody location on Jett Ferry, one poor employee young girl, pretty with glasses dark hair looked like she was freezing the other day and attempted to go inside like the other girls but she apparently got sent back outside but the other black employees seemed to be able to stay inside. Unacceptable. Im beyond furious!! I will be calling cooperate.

It’s a little smaller chic fil a in dunwoody, but the best thing I like about this place is sauces. They put out the chic fil a sauces at utensils area(see pictures), so I don’t have to go up to the front to ask for more sauces. Please don’t take advantage of it by grabbing more than you need. Staff are extremely friendly compared to other chic fil a. I love to come to this location all the time.

There is something very wrong with the service at this location. Before it was OK. The big problem is that the people do not pay attention to the order either if you are in the drive thru or having it being delivered. Today is Wednesday and they had three things incorrect. Monday morning, I ordered via delivery the Hash Brown Scramble Burrito with extra Salsa. Well, for weeks I would order the extra Salsa and they would only give me one. I did not say anything until Monday, a few days ago. Then around noon, I ordered a side salad with xtra shredded cheddar cheese. I was charged for that extra scoop of cheese. What I received was “cheese blend”. There is no button for cheese blend. I wanted xtra shredded cheddar cheese. It was blue cheese mixed with cheddar cheese. For that day, Chick-fil-a at Jett Ferry screwed up on two delivery orders. Then today, Wednesday, I ordered and one of the items I ordered was the Cookie Parfait, no fruit. I just wanted the cookies only. I do not trust that the fruit would fresh, thinking that it might have mold on it. So I avoid that. I wanted the cookies instead. Well, again, another screw up. I received the Parfait but with no cookies!!! All I got was the Parfait. What is wrong with this place????? And it is only Wednesday. Even the drive thru can be bad which I have experienced in the past. Once I went through the drive-thru 3x because each time the order was wrong. The third time I checked to see if it was correct before I left and of course it was not. I order around $100 a week and it is basically the only thing I would eat for the day and they know it. Where I live, there are no deliveries, thank goodness. There is something not right with this place that they are not paying attention to the order.

I placed a very simple order for the simple minded people taking my delivery order. It appears that these people filling my simple order of 2 items do not comprehend how to do an order correctly.
I order 1 cup of chicken noodle soup and a Berry Parfait with cookie crumbles, no fruit. Well I received the soup correctly, but again the same old problem. I did not receive the Berry Parfait with cookie crumbles. I received just the parfait NO COOKIE CRUMBLES AND NO SPOON. NOTHING!. The soup came in one bag and the parfait came in another bag.
When I called and told the woman what had happened. She said that there always seems to be alot of problems with you ordering that parfait. I told her that it is not my fault.
Now here comes the most stupidest and dumbest excuse. We have new people and they are only human. “… are only humans” is the MOST ridiculous overrated excuse in the history of excuses. I told the woman that when I do a major screw up at work, I will say that I am only human. Or when a cop is going to give me a ticket, Officer I am only human.
What is so so rude was that the woman was not even listening to me but talking to someone else.
I guess that a person can tell the cop if the person is caught shooting a ;person, Gee officer, I did not do it, my hands did it. Did you ask my hands? HOW STUPID!
