I like the atmosphere the crowd was enjoyable. The music that was playing was right on. I had the boneless wings the mushrooms and the cauliflower crust deluxe pizza. Mallory did a great job being attentive. Excellent service. I enjoyed two glasses of Merlot wine. I didn’t have a Cabernet.

Courtney Deggs reached out in response to this review. I am changing this review to reflect the awesome response. It might have been just a bad day for the worker. I called in to order and ask about making it right. The workers immediately got in touch with her and called me back to make the order again. This time it was perfect and we enjoyed the meal. Thank you for addressing concerns of the customers because that is what creates loyalty and return customers. You guys are fabulous!

Nothing like our previous experiences. Usually the bottom is toasted and the crust is not white. Our cheese wasn’t really melted. Not the best experience and it wasn’t busy. We ordered around 5:30 and dining room wasn’t busy when picking up.

Tried the Bubba’s Style calzone during pizza week lunch and it was a great choice. The sausage had really good flavor and made the whole calzone stand out. The staff was also very friendly, which always makes the experience better. Definitely worth ordering.

I don’t typically like pizza. And if I do like pizza, it’s is a thick bread crust that I prefer.
HOWEVER.
This was so delicious! The crust had the perfect crisp to chew ratio. I can’t eat tomato products, and the specialty pizza I chose didn’t have a pizza sauce base. But the menu also has a build-your-own aspect. Plus, other dietary needs options.
Service was great! Restaurant very clean. We came at a time that was very quiet.

I ordered my pizza and chicken Alfredo and got it in the time. I was told it would be ready. But what I am so impressed about is the courtesy of The. Employees, the respect, and they are so ready to help with anything. The restaurant looks clean. I would give this place, a super A+ , A 10 in my book. It’s a pleasure to visit Pizza Hut on 26th St. in Port Arthur. Thank you for making it easy and a pleasure to trade with you. I did not take pictures of my pizza because it was gone before I could count to three.Lol

Great server named William there. He was awesome. Pizza was unbelievably good. The wings were not crispy at all, I think they need to crank up the temp on their oil. The service made up for the wings.

Everything was delicious. Our server Hailey was extremely attentive and polite. We were greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. The food came out quickly and made to order. We requested extra plates for a birthday cake and our server accommodated us. The store and restrooms were very clean. There are different seating options from tables, bar stools, and booths.
